Second time I use iconvey. Debbie has been very helpful and efficient, I would definitely recommend.

The service from iConvey was faultless, extremely friendly, and clear. It was good having a real conversation with a real person. Dreadful experience.read great reviews so felt confident to trust Debbie matthews when she said they would work as hard as possible to meet the moving deadline our vendors had stipulated as part of the sale deal...
Unfortunately what they don’t make clear is that they are just the broker and she immediately set us up with Stirling ackroyd legal who are absolutely useless and virtually uncontactable. My solicitor told me to expect a 12-14 week turnaround and we had 9 weeks which I’d stressed, which I immediately called to tell Debbie wasn’t going to work due to the deadline I’d explained previously. She promised to contact my solicitor and sort it and call me if it just wasn’t going to happen so we could switch firms (for a fee of £150!). I left an email and voicemail when she didn’t call me back within the week, and I never heard from her....needless to say we missed the deadline and still haven’t exchanged. So rate the service? What service!

These are essentially are a broker for other solicitor firms, speedy process and the firm I've ended up with (Right Law) have nothing but 5 star reviews.

We chose iConvey after reading their brilliant reviews. Little did we know that they would broker our work out to a third party solicitor firm who I can only describe as completely incompetent.

They nearly left us homeless after allowing completion to take place on the sale of our house over 4 hours ahead of completion of our new property purchase (which went right to the wire) and not requesting our mortgage funds until the day of completion (having had 5 weeks to ensure this was in order).

Most stressful experience of our lives! Never again!

Georgia was lovely - very helpful, friendly and informative. It took very little time to sort out a conveyancing firm with her. I was also impressed that I could speak to a real person after standard office hours. Hopefully everything will go through smoothly from here.

From first contact Iconvey were extremely efficient and proactive and couldn’t fault the service one bit. Also when dealing with Stirling Ackroyd they handled everything that came there way wether it was changing timescales or lack of contact from the buyers solicitors they crossed every hurdle and have a faultless experience. I dealt with Bola specifically who with the help of Sam couldn’t do enough for me and kept me constantly in the loop of progress and gave me easy and straightforward information to follow when completing any documents etc. Would recommend both Iconvey and Stirling Ackroyd to anyone!

I had Polly Short for my case.
It was all exceptionally smooth and happy. And I paid deposit afterwards. I called the third company and they confirmed that they cannot deal with my case. So I tried to call Polly to get refund but can’t get through. Then I sent email and posted first review here.
Later the manager replied and promised a refund.
Soon after, the refund arrived. They are very responsive.
The concept is very good! And they do can help you to save a lot.
