All I can say is Jacqui has been absolutely marvellous, she has always taken time to listen , even when I've been moaning about things, she came straight to my rescue when I lost all my emails from the solicitor, her speed at putting me in touch with them was exemplary. I would certainly recommend iCovey and will be using them again when I buy my next property.

Shame you can’t give no stars. Iconvey and their “partners” are shocking. They are a broker who charge you a fee (which is sold to you as part of the fees quoted) to recommend the worst conveyancing company (Pcs legal) that we have ever used. Interestingly when you first contact them, they will call you straight away, all smiles and help to get their fee. They then do absolutely nothing after that. I tried to contact them back once our sale/purchase went through the query the dodgy recommendation fee and to complain.... nothing.... tumbleweed. This was months ago and still have heard nothing back. Avoid avoid avoid.

Extremely disappointed with the service provided.

They are just a broker, that allocates your case to a third-party solicitor firm: in our case, a completely incompetent one. The solicitors, Stirling Ackroyd, were awful and shockingly unprofessional. Our purchase completed in February: we are still waiting for the paperwork (its 4 months later now).

Stirling Ackroyd didn’t even honour the quote, provided by iconvey, and overcharged us on a few item lines. iconvey didn’t care - after multiple emails, over months, they concluded we were due a £50 refund! A joke, when we were overcharged £210 and more.

We needed to pay iconvey £58.80 for finding the solicitor, which is non-refundable, and was not included in their original quote.

Early days still but so far so good! Will review again when transaction completed.

Was a little anxious, having never used an online conveyancing service. But I convey surpassed my expectations, and I would recommend them 100%. Their fee was literally 50% what my local high street solicitor quoted. My remortgage was completed within 4 weeks in a highly efficient and professional manner. I was kept informed every step of the way. Will definitely be using I convey again.

Contacted iConvey 2 weeks ago,replied quickly with a quote which I accepted.I have now been passed on to a solicitor whos fees are £180 more than the iConvey quoted.I phoned iconvey to speak to Polly who I was dealing with for an explanation. I eventually after ringing several times got through, asked for Polly and was promptly cut off!!! I have phoned several times since and no answer. It now seems that my Lender has sent the mortgage instruction to a different solicitor than the one iconvey have sent me details of, what a nightmare! Cancelled the lot to start again, luckily my lender is sympathetic. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES USE ICONVEY!!!. Go local, might cost you a bit more but the time ive wasted on dealing with these fools, its worth it

Spoke Debbie Matthews today about getting a Conveyancing quote and she was very helpful and explained everything in as much detail as she could as I didn’t understand a lot of things due to being a first time buyer but she made things easier to understand.

I went on a search engine for a quote on Conveyancing and received a few by email but Debbie also phoned me almost immediately to make sure there weren’t any additional details that might change the quote and she answered a couple of questions I had. They weren’t the cheapest but I felt the customer service was the best so I instructed them this morning - all it took was a phone call
