Great Service and very competitive
Very happy with the service received from initial enquiry through to delivery. The team were available on the phone when needed and always very polite and helpful as were the drivers. We researched a few companies and found Ibiza Transfers to be the most competitive. For both airport transfers and nightclub/venue transfers. We were staying in a villa so needed pre booked transfers for our events and they were able to help with everything and showed up on time day and night. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Thankyou for making our trip run like clockwork!

There was a group of 21 of us visiting Ibiza and we were recommended Ibiza transfers due to the issues with taxis in Ibiza. we booked them for the 3 days we were there and we are so glad we contacted this company. Faultless service, always prompt with replies and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them.

Excellent transfer company
Would recommend this company. The Driver was waiting on our arrival at the airport and on time for return pick up. The drivers were very helpful with the luggage . Clean excellent vehicles & children’s booster seats ready as requested .

We were more than happy with the service we received from Ibiza Transfers. As soon as we arrived, the driver was already waiting outside the airport with my name on a board. He took care of everything — loading all of our suitcases onto the bus so we didn’t have to lift a thing — and dropped us right at the door of our hotel. The driver was also very friendly, which made the journey even better.
For the return trip, I received a text the day before confirming our pick-up time, and even when the transfer was running slightly behind, I was updated straight away by email. In the end, the driver arrived only 5 minutes later, which was no issue at all.
Overall, the service was excellent from start to finish. We will definitely be using Ibiza Transfers again in the future. A solid 10/10 — highly recommend!

Amazing transfers
From booking to coming home the attention to details , re service from the drivers to service from Jason & nanda is amazing ,i cannot recommend enough. 1st time in Ibiza and will definitely be using Ibiza transfers next time. Nothing is too much trouble at all. Highly recommended.

Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. We made a few amends to our booking and this was sorted for us quickly and communication was great throughout. I will always use Ibiza transfers going forward and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

We used Ibiza Transfers for a return transfer for a recent holiday. Great service and impeccable communication. Even on non office days they responded really quickly to a change request. Would absolutely used them in the future.

The transfer to our hotel with Dan was…
The transfer to our hotel with Dan was 5 stars he was polite friendly and had driven us safely to our hotel. The return journey wasn’t quite as good the driver was very grumpy! we were told our pick up time was 10.20 am and we received a text saying it was running early and would arrive at 10am we dashed down to reception arriving at 10am dead on, the driver then turned up nearer 10.10am then proceeded to drive at 70 in a forty area! Booking was in my son in laws name.

formal complaint
The driver did not drop me at my hotel, I had to pay for another taxi as it was steep and unsafe with my suitcases. I have a bad back and knee in general. The driver was extremely rude and threw my suitcases on the floor. I am not happy with the customer service and I would not use this service again and do not recommend it to anyone.

We are very sorry to read this review, especially as it is an inaccurate recollection of what happened.
When you confirmed your booking, you were advised by email in your booking confirmation on 02/04/2025 @ 17:32 of the following:
"Your drop off / pick up point is MP6 (meeting point 6)
"As instructed by the San Antonio municipal council, we now have designated “meeting points” for certain hotels, apartments and hostals in the San Antonio/San Antonio Bay area. Where we drop you off, is also your departure pick up point if you have a return transfer booked with us.
MP6 is a few minutes walk from your accommodation: Click here for a Google Maps link or Click here for a Google Maps photo"
When you called on the day, you were walking to your hotel (not in another taxi). We tried to explain to you that for this hotel there is a dedicated meeting point, and this would be the same booking through any other transport provider, and that was advised in your boking confirmation, but you put the phone down on us.
We received a note on the day from the transport provider that you demanded the driver take you to the hotel door. Whilst the driver correctly told you that was not possible, we refute your claim that the driver was rude and threw your suitcases to the floor, As you can see from the other reviews on here, that would be completely out of character.
You have since sent us several e-mails to us demanding compensation, whilst you may not have been happy with the short walk to your accommodation, we do not feel any compensation or refund is due, as we have provided you exactly what we said we would.
