We've used Ibiza transfers for two holidays and we've been very happy with the service each time. On one occasion we needed a little support finding our driver, one quick email and Jason was straight on the phone with me and got everything resolved in minutes, he even sent a follow up message to make sure all was well. Will definitely use this service again

Fantastic company!
Booking process is seamless, very responsive and so helpful.
Had no issue finding the driver's and were waiting for us on both pick ups when we arrived.
Drivers are really friendly and the taxis themselves are in excellent condition.
Can't rate these guys highly enough. If you need a taxi in Ibiza, this is where you should go.

Highly recommend
We used this company for our transfers to & from the airport & can thoroughly recommend.
All communication was good throughout our holiday with pick up times etc .
The mini bus was comfortable & clean , drivers were polite & friendly & on time .
Will definitely use again next time I am on the island .

Brilliant service - Friendly & reliable
Would absolutely recommend this brilliant company to anyone visiting Ibiza and wanting to get around! Absolutely brilliant service, always on time with clean vehicles and friendly drivers. Nothing was too much trouble, even with a couple of last minute changes of plan!

We had a problem on the return taxi to airport
We booked a return trip from airport to Cala San Miguel Ibiza Resort. On the way there, everythig worked ok but it did not on the way back. We received a text the day before return to confirm our taxi to the airport but it didnt give a time so we have to make a call to check. On the day of return, we waited in the main reception for this hotel for 35 miutes for the taxi to arrive. There appears to be 2 receptions for this hotel since we last visited but Ibiza transfers didnt confirm which one. Even when we discoverd that the driver was waiting in the other reception, it still took 15 minutes to pick us up - its a 2 minute drive. All this time, we were calling Ibiza Transfers and it went to voicemail on 4 occassions. It was too stressful for us to use this company again.

The best price we found with a fantastic service
If you are looking for transport for a large group I cannot recommend this company enough. Seamless communication, even when we landed they answered the phone immediately and had no issues with us calling or responding to what we needed. They were by FAR the most affordable company we found. Transport was clean, they were there with a sign when we landed, pick up point for the way back was communicated well. Drivers were friendly and had no issues with our singing or music !!
Can’t recommend enough. We had 18people on one transfer and 13 on the second.

We had our driver waiting with our name at the airport .
As for pick up our driver arrived spot on the pick up time .

Top Quality service
Jason & Nanda were superb from start to finish. Their communication was top notch. It was easy to arrange the transfers and great value. The drivers were exactly where they said they would be at the time they said, and the extra little personal touches within text messages and emails showed it wasn’t just a business we were dealing with, but people that genuinely cared and wanted to enhance our holiday experience. Can’t recommend Ibiza-Transfers highly enough. Will 100% book with them again next time we’re in Ibiza.
