An update to my previous review.

Had a problem with delivery. HSD Online were great and sorted the problem promptly

Ordered item on 18/11/25 for delivery on 21/11/25

I received both an email and text saying my delivery was due to be done on 21/11/25 and tracking showed item as received at Stafford service centre

I waited in all day and no delivery arrived and received no updates.

Received a text and email on 22/11/25 saying to expect my delivery on 22/11/25 between 14.40-16.40. I was tracking the delivery and saw it was in Stoke at 14.00 and in Stone at 15.38.

Out of the blue a text came at 15.55 saying that they had not been able to access the property and to rebook delivery. We live on a normal road with a drive and excellent access. Also have a ring doorbell and no-one has attempted to deliver. It’s a total lie.

Now have to wait till Monday. Really needed item for this weekend. Would not have ordered from HSD if I had know there are issues with the delivery company.

Prompt delivery of my order. Very, very effective product.

Was impressed with the fast delivery and the good price compared with others online. The product has done the job I wanted to so 5 stars all round. Thank you HSD I will be looking to you in future.

I needed a replacement control unit for my electric blanket, so rang this company for help. The girl who answered [name not known] was extremly helpful with advice of what to do. She took my order over the phone and promised to send the item as soon as possible. I ordered it on a Friday, and it arrived on Saturday! First class service and very happy with everything

The water heater was easy to fit. Couple of months down the line it stopped working. HSD send a replacement very quick

Bought 20l XP Mould & Algae remover really good price including delivery.
I use this twice a year on patio, driveway, garden furniture, conservatory roof and plastic etc. Does what it says and inhibits algae growth for approx 6 months.

Excellent customer service in dealing with original order being ‘lost in transit’. Have not used the ceramic panel heater enough to rate it but seems to be working efficiently. Also good to use a company that doesn’t charge excessive delivery charges for the Highlands etc. UK mainland: free delivery. No hidden delivery charge.

This is my second purchase of this deluxe heated fitted sheet. It’s a brilliant product and excellent value for money from HSD direct.

Cheap to run and easy to use. A must for cooler nights. Please don’t stop selling this product, it’s the best on the market.

I'm a little late with my feedback, so apologies to HSD. A couple of weeks ago I called the company to order a new remote for my double electric blanket. I'd had one previously around a year ago and now needed a second for the other side. I spoke to the young man and explained and to my complete surprise the reply was "will post you now free of charge" Well, it just made my day. Many thanks for this, it was much appreciated and speaks volumes regarding your company.
