I have no idea why Hydropool have sent me a link to comment on how they've done with my order when it hasn't even been delivered yet - bit premature Hydropool!

Great hot tub but plagued by problems from day 1
The hot tub itself is absolutely wonderful but sadly we’ve had constant issues with ours throughout our six months of ownership.
The lighting failed very quickly (still awaiting a new lighting unit), one of the corner panels falls off repeatedly despite our lovely dealership giving us endless replacement clips, and now one of the pumps has now developed a leak.
We use the tub daily (2 people twice a day) and maintain it meticulously according to Hydropool’s guidelines. After paying the guts of £16,000, it’s very disappointing. This is meant to be a quality brand.

The part I ordered arrived swifltly…
The part I ordered arrived swifltly however I received a very large box which contained 1 small plug and a small washer. It almost got lost in the paper packaging inside the box

Broken On delivery…
Ordered a part from the Hydropool website delivered quickly but it was broken on delivery. I logged a case and a week later still waiting for resolution. Even got asked where I got it from. Disappointing service from what I thought was a reputable businesses

Wrong filter, wrong address
Emailed hydropool as I have an old model to ask for correct filter. Signposted to filter, but when it arrived ,it was the wrong one. No returns label in package, so had to contact them again ,to get that sent out. Returns label sent to wrong address . If I didn’t have a hydropool swimspa I would not use again, but feel I am stuck.

We spent £40,000 on a training pool which came with broken parts we then had to wait to be repaired. We finally got it up and running and then had a problem with the computer screen. We closed the pool down and re opened it last week using the recommended company. Paid £300 for them to clean it to get it up and running and when turned on the screen is showing yet another fault. Called Hydropool last week and finally after 19 calls spoke with a human but unfortunately she hasn’t replied to me. Called again today 6 calls no one answers the phone.
Absolutely disgusting service for such a high end item.
JUST TO CLARIFY REGARDING HYDROPOOL response. We haven’t had a service by a 3rd party we had a clean. We have yet another electrical fault with the screen and we can’t utilise the pool at all.!
Your lovely staff member china has just called me and is trying to resolve the issue but we’re still no closer to get an engineer booked.
Since you installed the hydropool we’ve had at least 5 electrical faults with different parts in 2.5 years which started from day 1! This is not excusable for a high end product! Every time we want to use it something else breaks and we have to wait for parts and fitting.

I have emailed several times to get correct parts
But no one seems to come back
They had my hot tub details and still sent me incorrect water diverters and now no one seems to answer email
Also other parts are incorrect not as described and my o rings never turned up

Excellent service from start to finish. Comprehensive information provided. Communication was good, to explain the short delay in delivery (due to the late arrival of the ship into its UK port), and we were compensated for this with a useful credit against pool chemicals. The spa pool is wonderful and we're really glad we made the investment.

When looking into buying a hotub I called into the store for advise and information.
Dan was really helpful took the time to advise me with no ‘hard sell’
After this I knew what I wanted so a couple of months later once I was about ready to order one Dan happened to have a follow up call which I called over the next day and ordered a tub.
Even though I didn’t deal with Dan I sorted my order with Will I believe..
the whole experience was super easy and helpful from talking about an item to delivery and follow up making sure I was happy.
Definitely recommend Hydropool

Chyna at Hydropool UK is a God-send. After having had an unfortunate experience with a Hydropool dealer who went out of business and could no longer service my warranty, Chyna stepped up to the plate and did an incredible job rallying the troops to get me everything I needed such that the amazing team of Dermot and Andy on the day were prepared to tackle each issue in an efficient fashion, with the necessary replacement part to hand.
