Delivered on time

The website to place an order did not work. A human placed the order. No one answers the phone in parts when I ring to find information. Today the cover has not arrived as promised. No messages on the landline answering service. Previously I have not had trouble communicating with Hydropool.

Fast delivery, i would say that the shop was missing some key products that i wanted to buy as they were out of stock.

Came as ordered, no dramas, highly recommend

Very good speedy service I have used them again.

The swum tether I bought did not look anything like the picture. Did not have logo or writing on it don't know if I got a cheaper replacement. It was very expensive but looked like a cheaper one.

My package never arrived and no follow up from Hydropool

Ordering was easy and the installation team arrived when they said and installed the cover very quickly (5 mins max).

Communication needs to be improved as the installation was not booked initially which caused a delay of 5 days. The delivery company apologised however it was not their error, no apology from the supplier or hydropool

Also price for delivery and installation is expensive having seen how quick and easy it was.

Hydropool as part of the ordering replacement hottub cover process, charged me £250 for installation of the replacement cover & removal and disposal of the old cover.
This was not fulfilled.
Emails were returned "not contactable" A complaint raised through Hydropool portal, which was not responded to for over 4 weeks, still received no reply apart from an AI generated incident number.

Pleased with replacement cover, very dissatisfied with Customer Service and Complaint response.

I'd very much like a refund for services purchased but not received.

Ordered a new cover for my Serenity tub. Order dispatched promptly and good tracking information given.
Unfortunately the wrong size was delivered although this wasn't obvious until it had been opened. Emailed customer services and after a few emails back and forward a new cover was ordered and the incorrect one was to be picked up. This was done on Monday and happy to say the correct one was delivered and very happy with it.

The filter does not fit, it is the correct one PRC 50 by pitting them side by side the new one is 2mm taller

This replaced original one that “ Disolved “ in the water, new is strikingly different to the original which failed in about 6 months of use, repeated calls to raise complaint ignored, was PROMISED return calls which never came, so decided to o order replacement at my expense which took an age to arrive!!

Ordered a filter online from Hydropool shop. It was the correct size but incorrect internal hole dimensions. Ordered a second which was sold as correct online for my hot tub but also wrong.

Passed to a local(ish) retailer and they can't help either. Back at square one.
