Nähte an den Schuhen lösen sich nach dem Tragen von 4 Wochen auf. Unterfaden der Nähte hält nicht.
Ist bei dem gleichen Produkt, welches Jahre vorher gekauft wurde nach mehreren Jahren nicht passiert.

I had a bad experience in the online store, and a worse experience with customer service, save your time and money and go elsewhere. I attempted to purchase a pair of sandals on special in their online store, the website was glitchy and the sale didn't go through although they did take my money, 4 times. When I contacted customer service they blamed me and refused to honor the special price, I got my money back a week later.
I again asked if they would honor the special price, and sent them a screenshot of my bank account as proof of the purchase and they said they would get back to me, after two months I got an AI generated email asking for feedback on my purchase, I replied that I had been refused the sale and the customer service was garbage. Customer service then sent me an email apologizing for the confusion and said they would sort the problem out as soon as they could. Never got back to me, again, save the time and money and buy from someone who gives a monkeys about their customers.

Absolutely DO NOT order from Hush Puppies. By far the worst online shopping experience of my 25+ years of online shopping. I received my order and several pairs of shoes were faulty – improper stitching, scuffs and marks. I immediately followed the return instructions which was to email them which I did same day as delivery (Monday 20th January), but got no response. I called customer services on Friday 24th January and they said they had no record of my email and to try again. I this immediately, still no response. I called again on Wednesday 30th, and customer services said they still hadn’t received my email and then sent me an email to test, which I received whilst on the phone to them, and responded to immediately. No response. I called again on and again Thursday 30th and customer service told me they still have no record of my emails and said they would contact me with a WhatsApp Number to send the pictures of the faults to… I received nothing. I then get an email 3rd February saying they are still trying to find me the WhatsApp Number to send my photos to….. I also contacted the Social Media team who said they have raised with customer services, twice, and they cant help me any further…. So here I am two weeks later and no resolution on how to return faulty products. Given the pathetic 14 day returns window, I’ve ow been forced to send the 7kg order back at my own expense. Hush Puppies, I demand the £8.75 spent on this out of my own pocket to be refunded along with my order, ASAP.

It would help if Hush Puppies actually had a system whereby customers could start a return themselves, like every other online retailer has, your “sort yourself out” policy is uniquely unhelpful. The fact your customer service staff who man the Social Media and Phone channels are powerless to help is another failure.

Never again.

Waste of money. Size completely wrong and shoes do not fit despite never having had a problem purchasing products from Hush Puppies before. Box which arrived in thin plastic bag damaged, which according to their returns policy means I can not return the item.

Vor ca. einem halben Jahr habe ich mir nicht ganz günstige Hausschuhe von Hush Pupppies gegönnt. Ich dachte, dass ich mir Qualität kaufe. Nun platzt der Filzstoff vorne an den großen Zehen auf und sieht natürlich sehr unschön aus.

Order a size 7 which is the only size available according to the website. For me to receive a size 8 in a size 7 box. Also not returns form. Taken nearly a week of emails to say I can return the item as long as I fill out the form but they won't send the correct size out just give me a refund.
Poor service

Purchased hush puppies dress shoes for weddings and special occasions only.
Sole has completely disintegrated after about 10 uses.
No respond after reaching out to Hush Puppies support.
Very disappointing.

I use to LOVE Hush Puppies until my last order. I placed an order that I never received, I needed the shoes for an event so I made sure to order it weeks in advance to gwt it in time. I called customer service said that they call to get my refund in order. Haven't heard back. It's has been more than 5 months since I placed my order. So now I lost out on $60 shoes.

Had a pair of there shoes for less than one year and the shoe sole fell apart on both left and right shoe. Emailed customer service with photos and they wear not interested.

Very poor rubbish improper service i have placed a order and after one day I called there association and changed my delivery address they said we will deliver on new address but after 9 days they are delivering on old address and now they are not attending the call on helpline numbers and the product is sold out now

A few months ago I purchased a pair of HP Chukka boots size 11, fitted superb and really comfortable.

Decided to order a pair of HP summer shoes so went for the Navy Howards in size 11 and much to my amazement, they were too small, a whole size in fact.

Further to my amazement, I had to pay to return them at a cost of £5.09 signed for 2nd class, just to ensure that I get a refund for the ill-fitting shoes.

When I emailed their Customer Service I was told that 'sizing can differ depending on the style of the shoe' and that 'I must find this frustrating'.

Firstly, how can a company of HP's age and experience not make shoes that conform to size? It's quite remarkable that in 2024 a shoe manufacturer can not make footwear to a consistent size and secondly, to be so patronizing to say I must be 'frustrated', unbelievable, from a company that has been around for years.

My advice, don't buy HP shoes online, in fact, stay away from an outdated, antiquated company that has no respect for it's customers.

If I could leave no stars I would! Absolutely appalling customer service. I ordered a pair of £40 slippers for my dad which never arrived. They use Royal Mail who delivered them to a random place on his street which couldn't be located. We never found them so contacted Hush Puppies. They said they'd done a Royal Mail inquiry and nothing further could be done. I've paid £40 and received nothing!!! It is absolutely disgusting. Would NEVER buy from them again.

Schuh reibt die Ferde auf. Hatte bisher keinerlei Probleme bei meiner Schuhwahl.

Mäßige Qualität, unterirdische Reklamationsbearbeitung, Falsche Größe geliefert, keine Reaktion auf Emails, Ware retourniert mit Aufkleber von Hush Puppies. Ware kommt wieder zurück, da Aufkleber falsch. Aber Geld im Voraus kassiert!!!!!!!!! Ich kann nur warnen.

Ich hatte mir u.a. auch wegen des guten Namens Leder Pantoffeln von dieser Firma gekauft. Die Qualität ist unterirdisch. Das Leder wurde sehr schnell rissig und brüchig. Nach weniger als einem halben Jahr sind drei Risse bis unten zur Sohle entstanden. Viel schlimmer wiegt für mich die Tatsache, das eine deutscher Kundenservice quasi nicht existent ist. Es gibt lediglich Händler, die sich natürlich nichts davon annehmen, wenn man dort nicht gekauft hat. Selbst der Kontakt nach USA war mehr als enttäuschend. Never again.

Früher war die Marke einmal gut. Bei Kinderschuhen geht die Qualität noch. Ich hatte mir vor einer Woche ein paar Schuhe dieser Marke gekauft weil diese sehr bequem sind und ich von der Marke Rieker maßlos enttäuscht war. Schon im Laden wollte mir die Verkäuferin ein paar neue Einlagen verkaufen. Nach 5 Tagen im Gebrauch verbröseln die Orginaleinlagen aus Kunstleder von unten. Die Ursache sind .... es wurde unter den Einlagen einfach eine Decksohle gespart. Man kann von oben bis in die Sohle schauen. Es kommt einem qualitativ vor als ob in China einfach in ihre einheimischen Schuhe Kunstledereinlagen mit Hush Puppies-Logo gelegt worden sind. Hush Puppies ist einfach nur noch miese Chinaqualität wo sie auch her kommen. Und in diesem Betrügerland wird ehe nur noch miese Qualität zu uns geschickt. Wann begreifen die Firmen hier das die Chinesen weder unsere Freunde noch faire Geschäftspartner sind. Das selbe gilt auch für Bangladesh und Vietnam. Mit solcher lieblosen schlechten Ware wurde hier schon der Ruf so mancher Marke zerstört. Ähnliche Schuhe aus der Produktion von 2009 trage ich heute immer noch zur Gartenarbeit bei meiner Mutter. Ich bin es auch einfach leid ständig Reperaturen an meiner Bekleidung vorzunehmen. Soviel auch zum Umweltschutz. Das Zeug reist um die ganze Welt um in Rekordzeit verschlissen zu sein. Fazit: Material wie Leder und Sohle ok .... Verarbeitung und Schuhaufbau unterste asiatische Qualität für den einheimischen Markt.

Vor ca.4Jahren Winterschuhe dieser ominösen Firma gekauft.Plötzlich zerbröselte sich die Sohle an beiden Schuhen und wurden dadurch unbrauchbar. Kundendienst kontaktiert wo man mich auf sehr unfreundliche Art und Weise abwies.Ich wollte sie hinweisen,dass sie als Hersteller die Gewährleistung übernehmen müssten als dann plötzlich aufgelegt wurde und das Gespräch beendet wurde.Diese Firma kommt mir sehr suspekt vor.Nie wieder werde ich Produkte dieser Marke kaufen !!!
