Excellent customer service. I bought the 2 car beds a few years back and they are the best purchase ive made!! The quality is exceptional and my dogs absolutely love they!! Recently purchased the standard fleece sling the boy dog loves to be carried in slings and the girl is not quite so keen but to my amazement she wants in on this sling and will sit in there and go to sleep!! We tried her in other slings before but goes stiff and wont relax this one however completely different so much so ive had to order another one!! Looking forward to receiving this. Thank you for your excellent products and the fleece toy they both live too!! Very happy customers 🩷

10 OUT OF 10! I Am so impressed with this pet sling. I brought a cheap one off Amazon for my older Shih Tzu but it was really poor quality and unconformable across my shoulder. This sling is such great quality! my old boy fits perfectly in it all sung and warm and it feels comfy across my neck - love it!!

We LOVE Hugo and Ted. We purchased our first Hugo and Ted item, a sling, before we picked up our Show Cocker Spaniel Beanie, and used it daily in the first few weeks to help socialise him before he was fully vaccinated. We were so impressed with the quality that we decided to purchase him a coat. The amazing design of this coat means that it has continued to grow with Beanie from when he was 4 months old - and still fits in now at 8 months old! Absolutely amazing quality and is washed at least twice a week and still looks like new! We have made many further purchases since then as we have completely fallen in love with Hugo and Ted. We have a car bed, made to measure coat and jumper, snoods, collar and leads. Each time we order we are amazed by the attention to detail and design. From personalisations to clever multi use designs. We always get compliments whist out in our Hugo and Ted wear. The quality is absolutely amazing, it’s handmade and made to measure! I highly recommend Hugo and Ted - they even do a matching hooman range too!

The best slings ever! We’ve always had such a good experience with this company! We love that the company is made to measure & always fits my little dachshunds body perfect! I was really struggling to find anything to fit my funny little sized dog! I stumbled across Hugo and Ted through Instagram, and loved the ethos and instantly placed an order for a coat. The wait was most definitely worth it, as it fit like a glove and now my dog has a bigger wardrobe than me! Customer service support has been fab when I’ve needed guidance with measurements!

I originally saw Hugo & Ted's items online, and was thrilled to find out that they do custom made orders for our girls.
From the moment I placed an order to the few weeks it took to arrive (due to customisation) I was kept up to date. In fact what made this company stand out, is them asking me to remeasure the sizes, as Id over-measured the length of my dog. Thankfully this was rectified due to them.
After this order arrived, which is beautiful, I've had so many compliments, its kept my girl dry and fashionable and clean and so i've ordered some more items.

Honestly one of the most incredible companies out there creating wonderful handmade masterpieces for our beautiful doggos! Whether you want a coat, jumper and the all famous slings! There’s literally nothing Hugo and Ted wouldn’t do for you, nothing is too much of an ask! We’ve bought multiple items from them and love every single one of them! Incredible brand! I have purchased a car bed very last minute for our rescue dog and the staff at Hugo and Ted were incredibily helpful!
The bed itself is fantastic and I can't recomend them more!!

We ordered a custom made Quilted Ultimate Walkies coat with teddy fleece lining for our winter walks. Our miniature English Bull Terrier has dimensions that rarely fit off the peg clothing, so we were thrilled to find Hugo and Ted offer a made to measure service. The fit is obviously perfect but on top of that, the quality and craftsmanship is gorgeous. And of course our dog looks absolutely dapper now! Highly recommend!

Fantastic product! Our little sausage dog Minnie looks amazing in her new coat. It’s high quality and properly waterproof! We will definitely be ordering another item as we are super happy with the product. Communication was also excellent - thank you to all at Hugo and Ted!!

The only minor thing I'd say is keep people up to date with there orders seen though it is such a long time to wait for something.

I really don’t like to do this to small businesses but earlier this year I ordered my dog a harness after seeing the brand do a plain black Y-Harness with no design, which is what we were looking for. Initially we were happy with it however not at all long after purchasing it the material started to warp and twist which then became uncomfortable for my dog. We were also unhappy that the fastenings on the harness completely rusted so quickly. Are we supposed to not walk our dog in the rain? We did follow all the care instructions so this should not have happened or at least not have happened as soon as it did. It has also stained some of his coats & jumpers in the process.
I don’t recommend this harness to other dog pawrents and won’t be repurchasing from the brand. I’m sorry! I have since done my research and chosen a harness from another brand and I can already see a difference in quality.

My two chihuahuas Monty and Boris have not fitted jumpers and coats that I have bought in standard small or medium size, so it has been really wonderful to be able to submit their measurements and have coats arrive that have been made to fit them perfectly. I have noticed the difference too in the quality of material and design, in comparison to coats I have bought for them in the past from other brands. These coats have very soft and thick fleece, an attention to details in the design, and the coat covers more of their underbelly, which is good for muddy and cold walks. I couldn't be happier with them, and am taking a lot of pleasure seeing Monty and Boris wear such lovely coats on their walks! The customer service was really helpful and friendly too.

Couldn’t be happier with our items. Always brilliant customer service when needing help and our coats, jumpers and other purchases always look amazing, we always get stopped and told how great the dogs look. Wouldn’t shop anywhere else now for coats. The made to measure aspect is perfect

Ordered a standard pet sling £40. On receipt felt it was too high/strap was too short. I contacted them and yes they allowed me to return for a refund less my shipping costs to me and back to them. I then they offer an option of longer length strap. When I messaged to say why did you not offer the longer strap option when I contacted to return it, they say I only ordered a standard sling, longer strap is not an option. Their website shows plain dog sling carrier with option of longer strap?? I feel they are just being really obtuse and awkward. Would have quite happily ordered a other with longer strap if the emails in response hadn’t been so unhelpful and made me feel like it was my fault they I had not ordered a custom made sling when their website clearly says the plain dog sling carrier has the option (additional £10) of a longer strap. Won’t use them. Customer service is horrible and unpleasant.

Customer service team are unhelpful and rude! Such a hassle for a problem that could have been avoided if they were competent in the first place!

Review update... You’re still accusing me of signing for a parcel when I did not & I have offered ring doorbell footage to prove this. Your response is yet again a prime example of the customer service I have been receiving.

We honestly can’t recommend Hugo & Ted enough. It’s definitely not just for sausage dogs, we’ve got a spaniel and when Moose was a puppy his sling was a lifesaver. It meant we could take him out for socialisation before his vaccinations, and then when he got tired on longer walks we could just pop him in.

Their jumpers are absolutely gorgeous, and what we love most is that they’re made to measure so you always get the perfect fit. Everything is customisable too, we’re slightly obsessed with getting Moose’s name on things, it just makes them feel extra special.

But it’s not just clothes, they’ve thought of everything. Their bags are brilliant for all the doggy bits you need to carry, and the waterproof car seat liner has been a total game changer after muddy walks. Honestly, it’s saved our car more times than I can count! Plus, their customer service is always spot on, they reply so quickly and are genuinely lovely to deal with.

We’re also big fans of the new Simply Hugo & Ted range. It’s perfect if you need something right away, like for a trip and don’t have time to wait for a custom order.

What makes it even better is knowing that everything is 100% British and handmade. You can tell how much care goes into each piece and it feels great supporting a brand that’s also really sustainable. They even use cut offs and by products where they can to minimise waste, which we think is brilliant.

All in all, Hugo & Ted is just a fantastic brand, stylish, practical and genuinely thoughtful in everything they do. We absolutely love them!

The best dachshund accessories I have ever used! These products are absolutely beautiful and hand made to the highest quality. The sling has been a life-saver for our little man who can’t use back legs due to a spinal injury.
My squad of sausage dogs love the beds and always pile in together and cosy up.
