Nicole changed my watch strap for free. She was very quick & friendly. Would highly recommend her

My first time in this shop. Staff were friendly and helpful ~ and very patient. There was a misunderstanding about what I did or didn't have to pay, which stressed me somewhat, but all was resolved in a kindly manner.

In-store staff were nice and we were seen quickly, however I have waited 2 months for my engagement ring to be (a) resized and then (b) fixed following it being returned to me with the claw no longer properly holding onto the gem.

There seemed to have been some disagreement between the in-store staff and the workshop. Communication has also been poor as when I first dropped off the ring to be fixed they assured me that it would be prioritised and sorted within a week, and then the tracker stated it would take a month. When I called to query this they said they would try to prioritise it but I haven’t heard back since and the tracker hasn’t changed.

I’m sorry to have to write this review but I am disappointed with the company after entrusting them with such an important piece of jewellery. I will not be using H Samuel as a jeweller again - despite the pleasant in-store staff.

1st time ever been on H.Samuel, been able to find something there for a good price, easy to navigate through, without any problems, shop again in the near future.

I purchased three watches for my grandsons - watches that another company had five weeks to source but, unfortunately, couldn't because they were unavailable. I contacted Kim and Laura at Yeovil on a Monday as I needed the watches by the Thursday at the latest for my grandsons' birthday party. Kim and Laura contacted other H. Samuel shops to see if any of these watches were held in stock, and I collected all three watches on the Wednesday.
Excellent service, highly efficient. Recommended with no reservations whatsoever.

Bought a watch.
Watch decided to not fully function.
Replaced with another watch.
This watch too had same problem.
They let me have a different watch which was slightly dearer but never charged me.

Went into the Yeovil branch to exchange a necklace we had bought off of the website, we were happily greeted by Bianca who from start to finish could not do enough to help, she is an absolute credit to your team and for that reason from now on I will always make the effort to go into the store instead of using the website.

Very helpful, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift.

Always first class , friendly service in the Yeovil store .

The service I received from Kim at the Yeovil branch was exemplary. I had to have two pairs of matching earings in a very tight time scale and she phoned around various branches trying to track them down for me. She saved the day and I cannot thank her enough, she is a real asset to your company as nothing was too much trouble and she was so helpful.

Excellent purchase of bridesmaids gifts. The shop assistant was so helpful with the purchases. Will highly recommend

Yeovil Team were excellent. I ordered via click & collect. It was all ready when I arrived. Staff all very helpful. The item was for a friend of my wife's. My wife was very pleased with it and said she would love it too if given to her.
So all in all well done Team Yeovil.

The lock of earrings are quite loose but overall the item is good
