I went into H Samuel at Merry hill today and received a very friendly welcome and exceptional service from a wonderful lady called Naz
Nothing was too much trouble for her. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Naz 😊

Merry hill shop,alllways walked by this our loss went to 3 other jewellers nothing h Samuel's got exactly what wife wanted great,full credit to Tanya nothing to much trouble will certainly use again.

Recently visited Samuel’s in merry hill as I had a broken watch bracelet. Was served by a lovely lady called Penny. She went above and beyond expectations to repair my bracelet. We can not thank her enough

Couldn't of asked for better customer service from Cath at the Merryhill store. She helped me and my partner choose out wedding rings along with a second engagement ring. We chose a lovely bridal set and not only was there 50% off on the set she also added another 10% saving us over £550. although they didn't have the set in stock they ordered it from another store and it arrived within a few days. Thanks again Cath you made the whole experience stress free.

Visited merry hill store today.wasn’t massively busy.was a lady who was stood at a counter putting away some jewellery.i politely asked if she was busy and able to help myself and my partner after some 20mins looking around.to which I was ignored, so I asked for a 2nd time,this time I was huffed at, she couldn’t even look at me and replied with what do u want??? (I was taken back with the response we received.) I said I wondered if possible if I could look at a piece of jewellery, again I received a huff, she walked to the cupboard in which where I had walked to and she proceeded to ask a lady called Kerry to help as she was far to busy to help.i will point out that Kerry was amazing and couldn’t do enough to help.i have since found out the ladies name that was far to busy to help with a shocking attitude and a terrible customer service was naz.if it wasn’t for kerry we would have left the store.naz in my opinion is in the wrong job.awful attitude .ruined our Christmas shopping day.

Very unhelpful staff in merryhill branch today, we needed a ring cutting off my daughters finger to be informed as we didn’t know the metal type they couldn’t cut it off….stating no jewellers in the centre will do it either. You’ll have to go to A&E!
WRONG….walked straight upstairs where
F. Hinds staff couldn’t have been more helpful & accommodating cutting it off with minimal effort, Job done by professional staff that know what they’re talking about and understand customer service.

Approximately a month ago I purchased a man's watch from this store. I found the watch to have a fault and the watch tags was missing. The following day I returned the watch. They claimed they couldn't find a replacement at that time. They Took contact details from me and assured me they would be in touch once they get a replacement, 2 to 3 days time. This was the last I heard from them. This is most unacceptable. Especially as I paid £230.25 for this item.

Knowledgeable staff , very pleasant and willing to assist me in finding the correct type of watch that suited my needs.
Their Merry Hill store was, as always, immaculate!

The lady that served me couldn’t have been more helpful from start to finish.

The assistant was friendly and easy to talk to. She answered all my questions knowledgeably and I went away pleased with my choice.

The shop in merry hill was very polite and the staff left me to browse at my leisure. When I needed help with my purchase they were really helpful.
