Very disappointed with the value for money. Popped in today and had a quote for a 22ct gold ‘E’ pendant, weighs just 1.2g and measures approximately 12mm - yet the cost came back at approximately £729. The gold content is worth less than £70, so the price feels unjustified. I expected better and fairer pricing from a trusted jeweller. Will not be popping’ back anytime soon.

Great ear piercing service, at Park Street Walsall branch. Choose your earings and piercing is free. Nice ear piercing earing selection too. Gemma was very knowledgeable and professional.

I visited our local store in walsall for some watch repairs to be done and a lovely lady approached and asked if she could help me and when I spoken to her about what I needed,she was so helpful and respectfully and explained everything to me before carrying out the work it was very reassuring, I was so pleased with the service and respect and time given to me ,so thankyou to this lovely lady who is named Gemma the store manager

A woman is very pushy.. dark blonde hair! Not sure if she’s manager or not but she was very rude, didn’t let me talk to my mom and partner as she kept butting in to force a necklace on me. I wanted to walk out because of her! I couldn’t breath and a necklace I wanted she put back and wouldn’t get back out again as she wanted me to buy the more expensive! Won’t go back to this branch or if I do I would not want her to service or help again!

Picked up a watch that I ordered online from Walsall branch and had to have links took out a lovely new member of staff Zara was so polite and helpful.

The quality of the bracelet was very good and the on-line ordering was very easy as was choosing the store to collect from. The collection itself was a different matter. I received my email to say my order was ready for collection however when I arrived the WALSALL store was closed even though there was staff in side. The attitude of the lady who FINALLY came to the door was not what I would expect from a reputable high street jewellers, trying to communicate wearing a mask and through a locked didn't help. I finally convinced her to go and look for my item and surprise surprise it was there after all. When I want any jewellery H.Samuel would be my first choice however this experience has made me feel like walking straight past next time.

I was asked for my email address just so I could receive the email copy of receipt. I was not asked if I wanted to opt into marketing. This is a breach of the law. Still awaiting a reply to my complaint about it. Heard nothing, not even acknowledged.
