Purchased a ring for my husband which had snapped in half. Contacted customer service to which I had no reply. Went into store & although the ring is out of warranty Jack & Jane was outstanding with the service to try & resolve the issue

I’ve been to the Trowbridge branch twice over the last couple of months, walked in with my fiancée and was stood looking at the items for a good 20mins, no one came up to us to ask if we needed help as the 2 staff working were too busy gossiping. I eventually had to go up and interrupt their conversation to ask to view some of the items, which clearly annoyed the girl as she was less than helpful shrugging her shoulders when I asked about some of the items itching to get back to her conversation. I then went in this week to look for watches again the same 2 in the far corner of the shop gossiping away, walked up and down the store not one of them even looked up to welcome me or ask if I needed anything so I walked back out again and spent my money elsewhere. It’s a shame as the time before these 2 I spoke with another assistant who was lovely and super helpful it’s just a shame when she isn’t in there is ZERO customer service meaning I purchased my wedding rings and watch elsewhere and won’t be going back.

The staff were very friendly and the lady that served me knew her stuff. I bought a ring and she went on to provide information about the quality, if the sizing was wrong, insurance if I would like it. Brilliant. I shall shop there again with out a doubt

very poor quality jewelry, problems with returning goods, they make a fool of the customer !!!!!!!!!!

I attended your Trowbridge Store to purchase a Seiko Divers Watch.
I was seen to by Gemma, greeted with a Smile, but her knowledge was beyond outstanding.
She told me the Watch would be in on Wednesday 13th December, it turned up, she had to take one link out, which proved to be difficult due to the pins Seiko have started using, she was going to send it back to Seiko, but then I got a call that my Watch was done.
Gemma went beyond her duty and is a asset to
H Sammuals, I don't give out compliments easy, but in Gemma's case she more than deserves credit where it's due.
If there were more than Five Stars I would definitely give her maximum stars.

Terrible website,terrible customer service,placed two orders 26.12.2021 received dispatch notification on the 27th,no indication of who the courier was or any tracking information,just stated that should be delivered by the 4th Jan.
I have had better service from merchants selling tap washers on ebay.

Visited your store today with a necklace that had lost its colour,was served by gemma who cleaned it and it came out like new,just in time for our daughters wedding.Thank you very much gemma for all your help.

Difficult getting refund.

Couldnt ask for more frienfly staff they were very helpful and gave me and my husbsnd all the information we needed. We went to have are rings resized and the assistant was very perfessional and friendly we also bought a bracelet and sliver chain at the same time. I would recommend samuels in trowbridge to anyone the staff are the best ive ever had in a samuels store.

Bought a new watch strap but within a week had a problem, so took it back explained and they sorted it there and then.
Nothing to much trouble and told to come back if there was anymore problems.
Very helpful in the Trowbridge store.
