Silver ring charged as White Gold with no apology

Quoted €99 by the manager to resize a ring. Come back next week, both incorrectly assess the ring as white gold and charge me €295 and tell us to size up. Next week, different staff say this is clearly silver and the ring is too big. Send it back away, gets a half arsed apology off Aoife before being told it's actually €149 and I'll be refunded the difference.

Half the staff are fine, but the other half are shady (Aoife).
