We came just to watch some wristwatches and the seller forgot her name was and is so lovely that she made us to buy two same watches. Beautiful service and besides that she made a discount for us because we bought two watches. She helped us to pick the right watch had good knowledge of them. Recommend to visit this shop as you won’t be disappointed. Best regards

The service I received from HSamuel in the Stratford London Town Center Branch is simply amazing. The manager and her colleagues go above and beyond in providing excellent service which is why I go back time and time again. The downside however is that I always buy more than I need!👍🏾😃

Hello. I need to take rush so I buy there but this was very bad experience for me and for sure I not will be recommended that place. Workers there very rude and not helpful at all. Not professional not give me clear advice, lie to me, make me to need pay more money than we have deal before...Make too many problems for us. I’m very upset for that place.

H Samuel Services at Stratford Shopping Centre is number one when it comes to customer care and delivery service.
The staffs are very polite, well mannered, speaks well, concise and correct.
Every customers that enter H Samuel store at Stratford leaves very happy after because of the bespoke customer service received from the staffs.

I am pleased with the work I had done, the staff was friendly and helpful, but the prices are way above what it should be. I asked for a quote, for a silver necklace clasp and was quoted £53.00. The whole necklace didn't even cost that amount. The look of shock on my face must of said it all. Needless to say a 4* because prices are way to high.

Assistant was approachable and very polite. I was assisted and treated very well during my purchase.

The service from the manager was fantastic she went above and beyond with her help in our new watches I have always had a great service at H Samuels that is why I always go to them and will continue to do so
