A crystal had come out my engagement ring after only wearing it a week. A new one was ordered and gave us a phone call when it had arrived back in store. Also explained the insurance policy that we have took out this time

I rate this one star my ref 15265928-l6no I had my ring engraved got a phone call to say my ring was back to H Samual Stockport and a text to my son called for it but then got told it wasn’t in the shop by the manager Ian so I phoned H Samual next day which was Sunday then I got told it wasn’t in the shop not happy as it was a wedding ring what I had engraved for my husband I got so up set as I only have three months left to live which is not good for me ass. It’s so upsetting then I got told my ring was there on Saturday got no apologies what so ever

Very easy website to navigate. Found what I needed. Had the choice to get item delivered or collect. Great price.

Me and my friend got our helix pierced at the Stockport H Samuel’s by Lily and we could not be more happy . The whole experience was absolutely amazing but the best part was Lily and how she talked us through everything and answered out endless questions 😅
But the whole experience was absolutely unforgettable and lovely

Took my 9yr old to H Samuel branch Stockport and would like to give a massive shout out to Leah who was fantastic throughout the whole process for my daughter who was alittle bit upset and apprehensive to begin with. Her patience and care was amazing from start to finish. I can’t thank her enough and have already been recommending H Samual to family and friends. 😀

the 2 ladies working in stockport were excellent today went above and beyond to help when it turned out my insurance had ran out by 1 day and even re shaped my wedding ring while in there and gave a lot of helpful advice

I was looking for a watch for my 18th birthday. Went in on a Friday and the lovely customer assistant Vickie was on hand to let me try lots on to help me make my mind up. I came back the following Monday to make my purchase and staff member Chris was great in helping me get the sizing right on the watch. A brilliant purchase and a great team of people working there. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for good quality watches at good prices.

I purchased a watch from HS in January. The battery sadly died about 8 months later which was annoying but not the end of the world. Popped into HS in Stockport expecting to have to pay for a new battery and or wait for it to be sent off which would be fine. Miraculously the very helpful shop worker came back after less then 5 minutes with the battery replaced at no charge. I was amazed, it's not often you're surprised with great service like that! :)

I was on the last minute to buy my son-in-law a present to congratulate him on his new job. I knew he liked nice pens and the assistant who helped me made me feel as though it was important to chose the right pen, and my son-in-law loved it.
