Great service and very helpful. Very clean and organised

Very friendly and helpful staff. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The staff directed me to earrings for my mums birthday they thought she would like after I informed them how much she loved another pair from H. Samuels I had bought her last Christmas. My mum was really happy.

My order was cancelled, 2 days after the promised delivery date, due to being OOS! Pleased with how H Samuel responded to my complaint when they found a similar watch in stock in NI and arranged for me to pick it up at my local H Samuel in Southport, who fitted my watch and honored the original sale price.

I brought my grandmother's 22c gold wedding ring to Southport store to have it enlarged. The store sent it away for an estimate. The store rang my home phone to advise the cost would be £499 I requested to return back to store. I then went to another jeweller who quoted £85 I asked them to provide an received a wonderful ring back. I also asked for a price to make an engagement ring and larger and was advised this was not possible as it would loosen the stones as they were loose and could not be done. So I asked if they would make the stones secure a quite was given and I asked for the ring to be returned. When I left the ring at the shop all the stones were in place when I got it back one of the rubbies was out in a plastic bag. As you can imagine I was not happy. I again took the ring to the jeweller which I had been to and they are putting the ruby back in and enlarging it for a lot less than your store in Southport. So I would not recommend your company as I feel that I was being tipped off. £499 price is a lot more than £85 for the same job. The manager in your store asked me to let her see the wedding ring when I had had it altered and she agreed what a wonderful job the other Jeweller had done. So I think that I deserve some feed back and explanation from you. I await your comments.

Needed to buy a last minute present so I called in on the off chance that I would be able to buy a nice watch for my Father in law.
Found a lovely Citizen Eco-drive watch which was just what I was looking for. Watch was taken from the display cabinet and polished and fitted into a box.
Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.All in all a very satisfying shopping experience.

Bought a ring resizer (can’t remember the term!) for an antique ring. Matches very well and makes the ring more comfortable and secure. Service was very good; friendly and helpful.
