The sales assistant who did my earpearcing today and advised me on my earrings was excellent . Such excellent professional service .

Had my ears pierced today by Ian, he was very professional and made the whole process painless and advised the best advice for my third placement of earrings. He was very cheerful and helpful. Highly recommend. Thank you Ian.

Yesterday me and my daughter had our ears pierced (our 2nds) by a lovely member of the team.
She was friendly, professional and gentle throughout.
A walk in, no booking.

I took my daughter in to H Samuel in Newton Abbot to have her second ear piercing. Super friendly and helpful staff. Ian was great from the start and very knowledgeable about piercing placement and aftercare advice. The price was also extremely reasonable considering I had paid double at Claire’s a few years previously. 100% recommend

Took my young daughter to have her ears pierced here and had the best experience. Not only was it very reasonably priced, Ian was so kind, patient and warm towards her and really helped her to feel at ease. He reassured her and checked in with us throughout the process and I’ve got one very happy little girl with the outcome! Would definitely recommend.

Had my ears pierced here today ,very easy ,just choose earrings and then had them pierced. Ian was very good ,explaining everything and providing me with aftercare instructions .

The lady with blonde hair who helped me today with sorting an eternity ring was fantastic she managed to source it from another store and made everything very simple so sorry didn’t catch her name but hopefully the manager sees this review and she gets the praise deserved many thanks Mark

I bought a lovely ring for my wife. It wasn't available in the shop but after a few weeks waiting and looking at the website the ring was again available in the right size. Very happy with that and easy to order and pay. Also we had an extra 15% discount. A well earned 5*

Lady who served me in the store, was very friendly and helpful and showed me all available options for my purchase allowing me to make an informed decision.

I bought my now finacee a ring back in the beginning of February I also bought a necklace and earrings and my partner fell in love with all three. The amazing team at newton abbot was very helpful and was extremely detailed and just overall amazing. I couldn't thank them enough for making a special moment special.

Bought my partner a 400 pound ring had it 2 months went missed shaped went back to the shop the first lady was rude too my partner so I delt with her received a email to say ring ready on the 11th of the 1st 2025 so I rang today to get told it mite be another 3 to 4 weeks totally disgusted with the service a decent ring should not go missed shaped in a few mouths of wearing it all I can realy say must be cheap rings they buy won't be buying anything else of that shop I bet I won't get a response from them

We went to our local store to purchase the item and the salesman was very sullen and pushy, hence why I bought it online

We visited the store earlier this week to buy a specialsilver charm, for our daughter-in-law. We couldn’t see what we wanted so asked the young lady assistant. She apologised, however, she looked through a catalogue, and found just what we wanted.
The young lady assistant knew how important this item was, as it was for our daughter-in-law’s birthday. First thing this morning, she telephoned us, to let us know it had arrived. It was not due in until next week.
We feel this with really good service, I would like to thank her, for helping make somebody’s birthday special 😊

Bought a watch, 3 day's ago, was told could bring it back, exchange it or full refund.
Basically my wife was told it had been worn...
Of course it had, I'd tried it on in the shop before purchasing it.

Had to order online as the internal store systems said it was unavailable. It may still be cancelled, but it was worth a shot at getting what we originally wanted - if not, we have suitable alternatives from Linda!

After collecting my rings that have just been repaired and rhodium plated beautifully , my husband spotted a bracelet that he really liked . We were served by the lovely Linda who was more than happy to get the bracelet out several times whilst my husband made his final choice . She was most helpful and made our process very easy . Thank you very much . We will be returning again

My engagement ring was from H Samuel but a different branch 10 years ago, however, sadly it kept breaking as the gold was porous and it wasn't picked up previously. I took it to the Newton Abbot branch as this is now my nearest shop and was greeted by lovely Nicky. She sent the ring off to confirm porosity which came back it was. They offered me a replacement ring to the cost but I was sad by this as it is the sentimental value of the ring and I couldn't get the same. Nicky then went and found out that I could have it remade with the same diamond which I was over the moon by. I paid extra to have it made in a more durable metal which Nicky got quoted up the same day. I now have my new ring exactly the same as my old one with the diamond my husband proposed to me with and I am so happy with it. I really felt Nicky and the team were all brilliant through my ring saga and really went above and beyond.

Looked in store, price checked online and found what I wanted to be the best price, also got 10% off for signing up to marketing, very pleased!
