I called into the Newcastle branch and was met with Imana. She was very attentive and helpful. She sorted me with what I was looking for. Would definitely return at some point when necessary

Fabulous service
The lady who sold us the watch was excellent. Very informative and professional. Unfortunately I cant remember the ladies name but she will remember we were buying the watch as a leaving present for our boss. 10 / 10 customer satisfaction well done

Wedding ring shopping
Went to H. Samuel for my wedding ring and the women who served me was lovely. I tried on a couple of rings but new straight away which one I wanted. She was very helpful with my fiance and explained the different options for him as his ring size is very large. Overall a good experience. And price was great too.

Went into the shop to purchase a locket…
Went into the shop to purchase a locket as I had lost mine which I had for many years. Was served by a lady called Melissa who was most helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with my choice. Nothing was too much trouble especially as the glass door on the display cupboard was sticking making it difficult to assess the tray of lockets to look at.After many attempts to open it I as able to make my choice with ease. It was a most enjoyable experience as I feel with covid restrictions in place we have lost alot of our customer experience. Thank you Melissa

I had viewed Ruby rings and online
I had viewed Ruby rings and earrings on the Samuel website, so was aware what was on offer, but needed to physically see snd try before buying. The Newcastle staff were so friendly and helpful.
After a trying a few I purchased a ring I hadn’t seen online, so was definitely worth visiting the store.
