I had my ear pierced today, in the Oxford circus branch. I was greeted by a very pleasant assistant, Charlotte, who performed the piercings. She was accurate, efficient and TOTALLY professional. I will definitely go back there!!

Visited store to check item prior purchasing. Staff very helpful. Website very easy to use and managed to get extra discount,

A few days before Christmas, I was in a rush trying to find a gift. I was assisted by a colleague called Tayyaba, who was extremely helpful, competent and knowledgeable. She not only helped me find the gifts I was looking for but made the experience very pleasant. My friends all enjoyed the gifts she helped me select and I am very grateful to Tayyaba. She is a credit to the store and H.Samuel

I went into a H Samuel (Oxford Street) store to return a faulty item and nearly got physically assaulted by a staff member (called Varad).
He was extremely belligerent and rude. Varad was so aggressive that the staff supervisor had to restrain him. I had to call the Police, I was not expecting this unprovoked behaviour from a staff member. I left the store feeling very distraught and shaken. I contacted H Samuel Head Office, but have not heard back from them.

My watch needed a new battery so I came to H Samuel. I was quoted a price before they changed it, which was good value and the new battery was installed quickly with no fuss.

Needing to know ring sizes for ordering a wedding ring, and an Engagement ring from the branch in Oxford Circus. They could not have been more helpful with the whole process. I got my rings, ready to propose to my lovely girlfriend and looking forward to seeing the reaction on her face on the day :)) x

Colleague was slightly rude and unfriendly.

The sales consultant who served me was lovely and helpful. Her supervisor or Manager was quite rude, I had 20% student discount but she could not honour the discount in store. I had to order it online and collect it. When i came to collect it, the manager said that the order was in the safe and they could not get access to it. This was such a bad experience she literally told me to come another time, bare in mind I was on my lunch break from work and i did not have much time. I felt like I wasted my time as i had to take the one from display at the end. Such rubbish service from management.

I was away for a few days & had forgot my watch, ifound a good selection of reasonably priced watches and was served very quickly.

Purchased an 18” gold necklace. The sales assistant was very direct she added on insurance without asking me when it was time to pay. I told her I didn’t want the insurance and she said loudly to her manager ‘He doesn’t want it now!’ She was extremely unprofessional to say the least, sneakily adding on insurance without telling or asking the customer! The necklace itself is lovely but seriously I won’t ever step foot inside the Oxford Street store ever again felt like I was treated as a stupid thick customer by your sales assistant.

I received excellent service from the member of staff. She was very helpful. Quickly found out the cost of repairing my old watch. After I decided that it was too expensive then helped me select a new watch.

I bought i bracelet for my newborn baby to the store and when i get home i didn’t get the right bracelet i chosen. I was very disappointed and upset because am leaving far and am in postpartum i can’t go out everyday. So now am looking for the chance to come to exchange it or i think for refund.

My fiancée and myself went to buy our wedding bands and the sales assistant was wonderful, very patient and the whole process was seamless. The delivery of our rings to the store was also very easy, I got a text telling me when it arrived and that I had a few days to collect. The pick up was 5 mins max. All perfect, thank you!
