I went to H Samuel in Brent Cross Shopping Center to buy a gift for my girlfriend and there I meet Aman one of the sellers which I showed me various items.Very happy with the value,costumer service and very Helpful.Thank you I will go again

I sadly wouldn’t shop with this company anymore. My mum brought a watch from here and it was sent off for repair twice and they didn’t fix it and the staff trying to say it our thought that the diamond feel out no way

Staff need to take responsibility and understand and take the action that is wasn’t repaired

The store manger should contact there repair department and make the compliant

My mum couldn’t find anything and they would not give her money back

They sell you an extended warranty, and then refuse to honour it! I bought an ankle bracelet for my partner a few months back, they offered to sell me an extended warranty which covers accidental damage so I took it. A few weeks later she broke it. Not to worry I said, I'll get it fixed. It's covered, I said. Next day I took it to the store where I bought it. I explained the situation and showed all the paperwork. They then messed about with the till for a few minutes before coming back to me and saying g that they are not prepared to carry out the repair because it costs too much. Now I have read the Ts and Cs thoroughly, cover to cover and NOWHERE does it say that there is a limit in terms of cost when it comes to repair, and yet they stood there and point blank refused to honour my warranty. In my opinion this, at best, extremely poor customer service, at worst it is little short of THEFT. I have paid for a service that they refuse to provide owing to their own excuses. Something needs to be done about this before more people get ripped off

Been meaning to do a review for 3 weeks now. Shamaila from Stratford store really provided exemplary customer service. I was unable to collect my ring I urgently needed and she organised its postal to me. Thanks Shamaila!

Thanks to Lima and Michelle for fantastic service and help today.. I purchased a Seiko watch and couldn't have been made to feel more comfortable with their patience with sizing it. I highly recommend this store.

Made an online purchase and selected store pick up. Called the store and was told product was in stock and I could collect. Got there and was told by the manager I couldn't but could purchase another if I wanted to (they had the item in stock). Wasted journey, manager couldn't care less when I told I would cancel.

I placed an order for my wedding rings for click and collect for a store in London. I had not collected my item as I was in Birmingham for the X-Mas/ New Years period. While IN Birmingham I received an email saying “thank you for picking up you item” I thought that’s odd, I had called the store over 30 times and nobody answered. I finally contacted someone on the chat, (this was more than a week ago) since then nothing has happened. I keep getting told they will get back to me and they don’t. Twice I was advised this by Lily-Rose and Nic in the Customer Service Team. My wedding is today, I am out of pocket and I have no rings. Thank you H Samuel for ruining my day.

Tee at Westfield Stratford was really helpful and patient showing different rings in the showcase and online making it a pleasant experience looking for an engagement ring

I’m a man, however I was sold a Ladies gold watch on 20th August 2022 by Shamaila from branch 4680. I told her I’m looking to buy the watch for myself and I don’t know much about watches, she even adjusted the size for me a couple of times when trying the watch on. Instead of advising me it was a Ladies watch, she mis-sold it to me and told me at the time it would be non-refundable. Only after checking the H Samuels website later I found out it was a Ladies watch. When I contacted the Customer Service team via the Chat service they confirmed it was Ladies watch. I paid a lot of money and as you can imagine I was fuming! I want compensation.

On Saturday 21st May 2022 I chose a chain costing £50 & pair of earrings for £55, birthday present for my neice. I checked with 2 staff who confirmed I can use my Bluelight discount card that gives me 15% discount..When I got to the till , 2 managers (senior staff) stopped the assistant from applying the discount.. told her the Bluelight isn't accepted (complete lie as I checked later and it's accepted)..The assistant decided to use the buy one get one half price instead and I was ok with that since I really wanted the items. After paying I checked receipt while assistant was packing the items and I realised I was charged £70 for chain. I pointed out the price tag said £50 so the assistant checked and confirmed that it did. She bought it to the same two managers (senior staff) attention and asked if it can be honoured and I only pay £50..but they just said no and that i should just pick something else. No apology! They didn't even think to speak with me directly even though I was standing right in front. At this point I asked for a refund.. purely because I didn't like the service/ attitude. Obviously after leaving the store I checked and realised they lied about not accepting Bluelight card too and this angered me more! Truly disappointing.. I have for years bought from H Samuel but never experienced this kind of service.

The staff hasn't got a clue! My wife and I came into the store and said we were stealing. didn't bother to check the CCTV. found out the robbery happened 2 hours earlier.
I had just come from the hospital, an hour earlier. I had a serious fit later because of this. None of the senior management has contacted us to resolve this.

the assistant manager tracey was rude she lost a 172.00 sale due to the fact that she shouted at me from behind the counter in front of other customers that im inconsiderate i decided to get my money back after collecting my husband and her shouting at me im really inconsiderate when my husband whos blind wanted to wait in the shop have wrote to head office wont be going there again

Unfortunately I didn’t find your service great at Brent Cross . Very disappointing .

Bought an early Fathers Day gift (watch) assistant was very helpful and provided a good price range of watches to choose from and Dad was happy with the purchase
