I was looked after by Mel who was very helpful when I was looking to buy a pair of earrings and she helped me on my choice, which I was very grateful :)
The staff were very helpful helping me choose a watch for my Mums birthday. They also explained the after care. An all round pleasant experience.

Two members of staff were attending to a single gentleman, and when we asked for assistance, we were told they were serving that one customer. When an assistant eventually came over, she appeared miserable and unpleasant, and at times was quite rude, repeatedly saying the same things. While we understand that our purchase was just over £400, we believe that every customer should be treated with professionalism and respect, regardless of the amount they spend.

Avoid at all costs.
Sold a wedding set of white gold cluster ring. Twice in 18 months, a stone has come out. Hsamuel have the audacity to say this happens often and wish to charge £120 for the privilege of repairing their shoddy quality jewellery. Absolutely appalling customer service. The manager from the store advised this is a common problem with their cluster rings - avoid at all costs.

One female staff member is very helpful and pleasant, the other female assistant is very unpleasant and arrogant. I will never use that shop again because of her attitude.
