So easy to use. Quick service self explanatory.

The female staff was very friendly and professional, she took time out to access my ears before piercing them, very professional 10/10, would definitely recommend them to anyone

This is a follow up regarding the appalling treatment of customers in store, I was originally offered an additional 10% off a discounted watch, when I returned the assistant was not in store and I was rudely informed no discount would apply, staff were not interested in honouring the previous offer. I received a message regarding my original negative review on TP to which after 2 phone calls, I gave the store the opportunity to honour and make good, you guessed it just empty words, no professionalism, clearly the customer doesn’t matter. H. Samual do not attempted to contact me again you have zero interest in honouring discussions, your staff are poorly trained and have no interest in offering good service.

Went to h Samuel with my daughter close to her birthday in 2024 as a birthday gift I got her ears pierced. Got home one earing was higher than the other , after around 2 week's I tried to get her earrings out but was completely stuck . Went in the shop and they was pulled out . Got home and within half an hour both holes had closed . A few weeks later I thought I'd give it a second chance so I bought a ring for my daughter's birthday, she's had it for 9 months , it's now turning her finger green and the ring is going black , but it's sterling silver . Don't recommend at all .

I came in to store today to purchase a gift for my daughter the staff were very helpful and helped me find the perfect necklace and earings set, my daughter will love it all the staff was helpful charnae was amazing and helpful

Went into the Alfred Gelder street store in Hull to buy another of my favourite brand of watches (Seiko in this case), all of the models I liked were in stock so that was easy, the staff were great to be with and very pleasant. Would certainly recommend a visit!

We bought watches as groomsmen gifts from the Hull Prospect centre branch. I had to ask for new boxes for two of the watches as they were damaged. We then took them home and realised one watch was too small for even a female wrist. When I rang H samuel I was told they wouldn't be able to get more links for weeks. I took this watch to an independent jewellers who confirmed that at least four links were missing. We then attempted to get a refund from the Whitefriargate branch. They wouldn't deal with it because links had been taken out, and advised us to go back to the branch we bought them from. Very poor customer service.

It was an excellent experience for me and my wife. The staff helped us a lot and we are amazed to see that they are maintaining social distance and hygiene which are exactly the government’s guideline for covid pandemic time.
