Welcomed in straight away and directed to what we were shopping for. The assistant was really helpful and didn’t rush us at all

When I ordered it online it said pick up from Sunday . So I ordered from branch not near my house but where I knew I would be on Sunday . Even though I hadn’t received email telling me it had arrived in store as I was in area I popped in . It didn’t arrive till a few days later so u had to go back again . Staff was lovely n not there fault,but it would have been nice to give an apology or explanation but nothing .

Staff member didn’t realised we had made an appointment even tho we told her that to get into the store in the first place

I felt the appointment was rushed and the prices for ring sizing were quite expensive. I was quoted £51 and told 3-5weeks for resizing even tho I bought the diamond ring from Hsamuel
I went into Glasgow arcade to the working jewellers and was quoted £35 and would take 5 working days

I felt the assistant wanted me to go elsewhere to have this done as they were extremely busy

It’s put me off returning to the store in the Glasgow fort .

Bracelet purchased as a gift which the recipient loved.
Friendly helpful staff at the fort branch

I had to get my wedding ring cut off because my fingers were swelling due to arthritis. I went in to H. Samuel and explained this. The assistant and he helped me to get a new wedding band and lucky for me they had one in stock. He took his time helping me so I was able to get the best ring for me. Many thanks.
