Lilly-Anna at H.Samuel, Fareham was extremely polite, professional and knowledgable when I visited the store yesterday. Thank you.

I met Zack at store today. A finest very caring person. He did his best and offered great service, much appreciated.

Designed a custom ring with Kiya, she was very kind and helpful. Took a few tries to get it right but very happy with the final result!

Zack and Chloe Were very helpful with finding my first watch thank you to them. I have my favourite watch.

Zac served us today and we could not be happier with the service. He was friendly informative and on the right side of “salesy “. We would not hesitate to recommend him and would return to h Samuel because of him .

I went to return an item at the Fareham store after ordering online, thinking H M Samuel was the same as the last time I used it 20 years ago. I was highly impressed with Zacks customer service. He went above and beyond even offering to clean up my other rings to match my new ones. He has made a customer out of me. Well done.

H. Samuel Fareham is an outstanding store.

My husband and I have visited the store 3 times in the last 12 months and received excellent service from Sarah every time. The purpose was to get wedding rings resized and replated, and nothing was too much trouble. Sarah gave great advice and is really knowledgable. She has an excellent memory, recognising us from a previous visit several months ago which makes you feel valued.

Today we were also served by Danny when we purchased some earrings and he was polite and friendly and really easy to chat with. Nothing was too much trouble. He gave us excellent customer service and Sarah reminded us to use our 10% voucher before we paid! We were asked if we’d like to take out the 3 year cover for our purchase which we gladly agreed to for peace of mind.

This is definitely a store we will be returning to again in the future as staff make you feel welcome, and listened to, they’re not just trying to make a sale. We can’t thank you enough and will be back again soon.

Really excellent Service from Lana today in Fareham. She helped initially with my Watch choice on the phone and then did an excellent sales job in store . Really delighted with Lana .

Poor quality jewellery for the price wouldn’t buy anything from them again. Spent hundreds on a necklace to find the rose gold tangles itself in knots and then stretches, my necklace dropped 5 cm in 8 weeks. The pendant continually comes off and the pin doesn’t fully retract so it takes 2 people to put the necklace on. We claimed the 1st one under insurance and was then informed no more unless we paid for more insurance, they didn’t tell us it was a one time claim when we purchased it.

I haven't worn a watch in years and so had many questions the Manageress was very helpful and quick a happy to give me the answers and advice regarding the benefits to of their warranty.

I also had great helpful interactions with the general staff.

Would recommend H.Samual it has been ever present in Fareham for many years and long may it continue.

Simple to order, great price for trusted brand.

Had to visit the Fareham branch to get a watch strap adjusted that I bought through their web site.
Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We were also looking at a smart fitness watch and given great advice regarding looking on their website.

Lady was very helpful (Sarah I think) the only female there. I did not feel pressured in to anything, she was very attentive. Very happy to buy there again.

I purchased my watch on line. The bracelet then needed to be made smaller. I contacted my nearest shop and was able to take it straight in. I was then able to look at all available watches again and change my mind and exchange if need be. The gentleman was very helpful. Very good customer service. I would definitely purchase from H Samuels again.
