Very nice polite staff in shop and friendly delivery driver

I was delighted with the experience I had in the H Samuel store at Fort Kinnaird, Edinburgh, recently. The staff member, Chloe was excellent in that she showed me where to look for the gift I wanted. She also gave me time to peruse the jewellery. without me feeling pressured.

I had a good experience at h Samuel's the staff were great and very helpful.

Staff were very helpful. Kept distance. Very polite. Child loves earrings.

Went into h samuels at fort kinnaird Edinburgh I was looking for a ring for my birthday and Beth the store manager was lovely she was very helpful had to order in the ring but made sure I had it in time for my birthday excellent customer service

I took my watch in for repairs. The staff were very nice and helpful, in fact so nice that I even bought myself a couple of other watches (bargains) on the day. They pushed back when the manufacturer wanted to charge me for the repairs that are still under warranty, so well done to them.

We have always used H.Samual for shopping for either watches or jewellery as we know the product is of excellent quality. The staff at the H.Samual within Fort Kinnaird shopping complex are fantastic so polite and extremely helpful.
We are on first name terms with virtually all the staff and they always inform us of new products that arrive. We would definitely recommend family and friends to shop at H.Samual.

I arrived home with a new watch for my husband and I noticed the time hadn’t been set. I set the watch for 7.10pm London time. The new watch was very similar to his old watch therefore I was able to change the time and settings easily. When I woke up in the morning the watch showed the time as 5.20am but it was after 8am. I phoned to ask if there was another watch available. Finding a watch with a strap to fit my husband’s wrist is almost impossible therefore it was imperative I had the same watch but with a working battery. When I entered the shop immediately I was patronised and spoken to in a manner of disbelief. Why would I drive to the complete opposite side of the city on my day off (I live in Edinburgh) with a watch that was functioning normally? Silly of my to assume a watch costing £150 to have a battery that was working. I was extremely disappointed with the customer service.

Due to stock limitations at Christmas I was unable to place my order then due lock down I was continuingly unable to get my order placed. Once the shops reopened for a few weeks I contacted the store and my order was processed very quickly. Between contacting the store and placing my order and receiving the final product it was only 2.5 weeks. Very quick considering the wait on it since Christmas. Store manager Beth was very good at helping me throughout the whole process.

After initially speaking to staff at the fort kinnaird branch on the phone where staff were extremely polite and helpful I arrived in store to be remembered from the initial enquiry. Staff ordered the ring I wanted from another store as it would arrive more quickly than ordering online. When the ring arrived I decided it wasn’t actually the ring I thought it would be and the staff were very patient and helpful in selecting the perfect Disney enchanted ring. The exchange was done with no issue and staff were extremely helpful in making a very difficult decision. I cannot recommend the store and staff highly enough. The ring I now have is absolutely stunning and I could not be happier.

The three ladies in the store that day were fantastic! Super friendly and made a fuss over us and our beautiful daughter. Gave great advice and and helped us find the perfect engagement ring for our special occasion! Highly recommended not only beautiful jewellery but for the customer service also. I was purchasing a watch for my granddaughter's 6th birthday...entering the shop I was welcomed by a lovely sales assistant....she was most helpful...and I purchased a lovely little Minnie Mouse watch. V.Clapton

Went into the shop to look at wedding bands for my husband who recently lost his at work.. I usually shop at beaver brooks but tried this as I was passing the girl Jane had a wealth of knowledge and tried her best to accommodate us as I wanted a band today and didn’t want to order in. She found one that fitted and it was more than I wanted to spend but she was lovely and really genuine . I will go back when I want another piece of jewellery

No complaints with staff and service. I bought earings and already one back has fallen off and the other one has broken. Never had this before
