Lisa at H Samuel Cwmbran was a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable lady who knew exactly the wedding ring to suit my engagement ring. No pressure from her to get a sale, just happy to assist my needs. Many thanks Lisa for a pleasant experience.

Problem with ordering necklace at a discount which was as a result of me ordering an item over a certain value. Very disappointing that I wasn't able to do this and help wasn't that great so I gave up in the end.

Absolutely shocking store in Cwmbran ,we ordered a childs bangle at £49.99 to be delivered to home address,on day before delivery received a call saying there was aproblem with order.so we went back door spoke to original assistant .He re-orederd and apologiesed ,we back today to collect ,to be told we had to pay £199.00,we said it was already paid for and showed her the receipt ,she said sorry you can't have at this price. You will have a refund ,we didn't request a refund as we wanted the product ,we ended up with no refund at this present time or the bangle.,The woman who served us today well Kim Sheree ,stay away from that shop ,they are in breach of contract ,do yourselve a favour and use alternative jewellers

I have purchased a number of Rotary watches from H. Samuel over the years. It has become clear to me than each time a battery needs replacing - the Watch developed a problem for which there was a chargeable fee. That fee was close to £100.

On the last occasion I needed a battery for my black strapped watch to attend my Mother's upcoming funeral. I remember telling the sales assistant about the funeral.

The battery was changed while I waited in store - then, to my surprise, I was again told that this watch - purchased less than a year previously, was not working and would need to be sent off for repair at a cost of nearly £100.
I decided to take the watch to another local store to see if they could assist. And indeed they could!
The battery contacts within the watch had been bent back so that they were not in contact with the new battery. They straightened the battery contact back into their original position, inserted the new battery, and the watch started to work again! Furthermore, I was charged a mere £10 for a new battery whereas, H. Samuel charged 3 times as much!
In my opinion, this is not a trustworthy business. And I would not use them again.

Delivery company they use are awful. Don't pay for express delivery as twice they have failed to deliver. Not good enough

Really good service I had of a few members of staff in the store when I was buying a blue topaz necklace for my mother's birthday . It looks like their was also new member of the team in their he was very nice and pleasant and very helpful.

I had to change my ring but the manager was really patient and nothing was too much trouble

Customer service in the Cwmbran store was terrible

Very helpful & friendly. Both the lady manager & young gentleman took their time with us even when we had to go back following week with some concerns over the purchases of these watches. Store was clean & well presented. Definitely go back there again.

Excellent product choice, great value for money. Very polite, and attentive staff. Very helpful setting up my new purchase. Thanks very much
