New for Old.
I was disappointed to be told I couldn't have a quartz battery fitted to my old watch because there was something wrong with the mechanism. So I had to buy a cheap but new watch at a price I could afford which suited me fine.

Very helpful young female assistant and Samuels was one of the few shops to stock ankle chains and giving me a choice
Assistant was only too willing to display chains for me to see and gave good advice also offered insurance on the chain which I accepted

Watch purchase
Excellent service from Ellie who had slready put the item we were interested in to one side and had the watch set up ready to use. She also spent time with looking at other items of jewellery.
