My daughter had her ears pierced for the first time. Kate and Chris were wonderful , they double pierced to save the trauma and went above and beyond to make the experience special . Thank you 🤩

My daughter (age 6) decided she wanted her ears pierced, so we took her here. The member of staff that pierced them (Chris @ Chesterfield), also dealt with us from start to finish, she was very informative and very friendly. Overall the service was outstanding, our daughter was made to feel comfortable and even gave the lady a hug afterwards. She also recieved a goodie bag, a ear cleansing kit and a certificate of Bravery for free! My daughter is very happy with her piercing, and so are we!

Myself and my fiancé went a couple of weeks ago to the chesterfield store to collect my wedding ring that my fiancé had purchased online, we don’t normally go into town but we had to give notice of our marriage at the registry office so thought we make it a bit of an occasion an collect my wedding ring which I was excited to do. On arriving at the store the shop assistant starting asking why we had bought online in a very condescending manner, which my partner replied he did most of his shopping online, she was very rude about it, I then said to her young assistant I bet you shop online with which she replied very abruptly that she only shopped on Amazon!! We were made to feel very uncomfortable and I held my tongue as my partner doesn’t like confrontation, I thought I would go away and leave it, but over the course of the last couple of weeks I’ve become more upset about how they ruined which should have been a happy occasion of collecting my wedding ring. But what my fiancé didn’t say is the reason he ordered the ring online was because he has terminal cancer and ordered my ring while undergoing his chemo while sat at the hospital. I’m absolutely horrified ag the way we were treated, my partner refused to justify buying online to these rude shop assistants but I think how dare they speak like that to him and try and make him feel small!!

Took my 5 year old for ears pierced. Brilliant service! Chris and Kate did the piercing in chesterfield. Price was cost of earrings (piercing free) with selected earrings, we got some lovely gold and gem love heart earrings for £20!!! Including aftercare kit. Everywhere else was around £70+! Went in today to do a bit of birthday and Christmas shopping, ended up having a piercing which was free with a purchase of earrings, the staff could not have been nicer, was a little nervous as it had been many a year since I had my ears pierced and especially with the part of my ear I had it done. Chris is a lovely lady in the Chesterfield store, she very professional talked me through the process and explained the aftercare and the best part of all it was absolutely pain free I would highly recommend anyone wanting their ears pierced then to go along to H Samuel in Chesterfield and ask for Chris, she was the one who did my piercing, however all the ladies in the shop were all very lovely and friendly.

Another lovely experience in H samuel chesterfield today the staff are lovely and professional the lady who served us went out of her way to assist us in choosing our wedding rings. Ensuring perfect style and fit. A very big thank you from us both.

Went to look for rings in the store last week, due to stock availability decided to order our rings online for collection. Upon collection slight criticism was made that the store lost the value of the purchase. It was disappointing to hear when judgement shouldn't be made towards a customer just because the store is struggling. Very rude, never going back to that store. Do not recommend them.

So happy with my purchase yesterday, the lady called Deborah helped me and my partner shopping for engagement rings and she was so helpful, very polite and friendly all the staff were lovely. We are so excited to collect my ring next week. Thank you again

My husband and I went to H Samuel’s at Chesterfield as my husband wanted to buy me an eternity ring for our 50th Wedding Anniversay. I really didn’t know what I wanted however the Manager Richard was amazing he helped me so much with advice on what suited my small hand and nothing was too much trouble. The ring I wanted was not in my size in store so Richard very kindly arranged next day delivery to my house but unfortunately it had not arrived by late afternoon so I contacted Richard to tell him. He was not happy as he had specifically arranged for me to have the ring the very next day so he immediately contacted the couriers to see why they had not delivered the ring to me. They apologised and by 9am the next day they delivered my beautiful ring.

In my opinion Richard went above and beyond in all respects. I have been telling all my friends about it and in the future if I need more jewellery I will be going to H Samuel at Chesterfield. All the staff are lovely and so friendly.

I bought the perfect wedding gift for my daughter from here and she loved it.

I am absolutely disappointed, blown away and angry beyond words at the lack of organisation and communication between the departments within this organisation. My partner and I saw an engagement ring with this company and called the Croydon store who explained there was 1 left in my size in the Chesterfield branch. With excitement we ordered it straight away online, paying the deposit and being approved for the finance straight away! We have been waiting for the delivery for over a week and have heard absolutley nothing! I called customer services and it has been explained this store (Chesterfield) have sold the ring I ordered the day after I brought it and received confirmation of the purchase! How can this be right that you order an engagement ring with your partner to have it taken away from you, purchased by someone else! We thought this was sorted and ready for our big propsal day and received nothing H Samuel not even an explaination or an email or call! My partner and I are now left with no engagement ring, not an apology, not any compensation, no ring, nothing! I am extremely disappointed, angry, left with no engagment ring and feel let down big time!
I recieved a message from my review to call them to get this issue sorted and the best they could offer was not to explain how our ring was still sold, a £799 sale ring from which we have ready spent nearly £600 on so not much compensation at all, plus they asked to go down to the store to collect the ring which defies the reason for ordering online and a home delivery as work is super busy, the ring is a size bigger than originally ordered and no rings are nice and certified for £799. Im still appalled by the service with no effort to really correct teh error they have made, I feel robbed and inconvenienced. I would like something properly done about this.

Excellent service by the friendly and helpful manager, Richard.
Helped to find the correct cabinets for our needs but left to browse without feeling pressured. Good range of products and good quality.

I went to the store with a certain purchase in mind. The shop assistant found the item immediately and the experience was very straight forward
