Harry very helpful helped pick a birthday present for my wife's birthday.

I have been looking at a particular ring on the H.Samuel website and I needed to get my ring size so I decided to go in the Bury location in Millgate Centre to ensure that I ordered the correct ring size. As I patiently waited for a store assistant to assist me a mature lady name Lynn came over and I proceeded to asked her about the ring and that I needed my correct ring size. She size my finger and asked me if I wanted her to order the ring I told her I have ordered it online and that I just wanted to ensure my size. She said to me “I just wasted her time”. I was so shocked and stunned by her comment, that I walked away. “Where are the days when customer service was pleasant”.

Recently purchased our wedding rings and the service was exceptional from Lynn at the Bury store

Went to the Bury store to buy a watch and a ring. We received excellent customer service from James. He was very professional and helpful. The ring had to up sized and he processed this without issue. He is also a very nice young man. Thanks.

Went to buy wedding rings in store yesterday. Had fantastic service from James. Not only was he calm, polite and confident without being pushy, he was also extremely helpful in assisting us with a non standard size ring, also extremely knowledgeable about the process in resizing and how long this would take.

At the Rock Bury I went in with a chain id received as a gift a little while previously.
I dealt with Lynn and Adii and they made me feel very reassured that my issue could be resolved. I felt with them via email as well as face to face and received fantastic service. I can’t thank them enough.

Visited Bury’s H. Samuel shop and was assisted by Lynn whilst buying a watch.
Lynn was nice and friendly and very helpful, adjusting the watch strap to fit my wrist.

Absolutely brilliant service from every single member of the team in your Bury branch.
Every time I go in they always deliver top notch service with a smile.
On my most recent visits I was returning a faulty necklace which was under warranty.
The staff went above & beyond to help me,from the young assistant Scott who I dealt with first right through to the manager on duty Aide who was just amazingly funnny & helpful. I really couldn't of asked for more.
The whole team are an absolute credit to your company

What amazing experience from James at the Bury branch.. he was professional , understanding and lovely personality. Our engagement ring was dull and lost its sparkle, we didn’t want to change the ring as was sentimental, so James managed to get this ring cleaned and sparkling like knew again, he was professional but also endearing. Have a lovely Christmas James.

Fantastic customer service. Even managed to hunt down an out of stock item and updated me on progress and when they had received it so I could collect it. Will definitely be going back

Ordered a watch on Saturday and they said it might be Monday if not Tuesday. Stayed at home waiting for delivery and waited till 4 pm. Phoned customer service and they said order was cancelled and I would not get my refund for 2 or 3 days and a sorry and silence. 8 hrs of wasted time, no phone call and money held in there account. Even one star is to much.

Great customer service by the worker Lynn very helpful in what I needed

I bought a pear shaped diamond ring and within a few months the whole stone fell out. I had it repaired. Its now fell off again, only to be told the repair will be chargeable. 100.00! This ring is not fit for purpose and store manager in Bury was not helpful. Totally different to when I was buying the ring initially for 450.00. Avoid H Samuel.

The team have since reached out to me to try and resolve this matter but now not answering my emails and not giving me an update. My ring is still at the repair centre.
Update 14th Feb
Iv been told that I still have to pay over 100.00 to repair my ring with a 20% discount. I declined this. Going to take it to a reputable jeweller to repair. Stone should not fall out twice since Feb 2020 when I only wear it on rare occasions.
Update 18th Feb
Took it to a Jewellers to repair it and they have confirmed that underneath the stone, had worn away so not my fault the stone fell off. They felt H Samuel should have repaired it as stone fell out twice in 3 years. Not treated fairly at all

I waited patiently for 4 weeks for the repair on my bracelet to be finished, within a few days it was lying on the floor , broken at the same link as last time it was so lucky it did not drop off in the street. My £199 gift from my wife would have been lost for ever.

Please can I have a full refund I have no confidence to wear it ever again.

A disgraceful repair from a well established and respected chain of jewellers!

Very knowable helpful staff. Particularly a lady called "Kim".
She helped 7s to choose the right men's watch and a lady's necklace.
No rush good atmosphere in the shop.
Will visit again.

I would definitely shop in store here over and over.. service was great.. staff very helpful and so friendly. Very relaxed, no pressure from staff at all.. special shout out to lynn and nathan in the bury branch… excellent customer service EXCELLENT…
