Needed some links removed from a watch I haven't worn in a long time. Romeo was very helpful and efficient. Great customer service.

Dropping by to Samuel's in Brighton Churchill Square today, I asked about sending my waterlogged watch off to be repaired. Chris, the watch-smith, said that sending it back to the manufacturer would make it worse, and promptly dried it out and repaired it there and then! Fantastic service!!

I went here to have two ear piercings. The price was very affordable! Under £15.00 for two piercings. Which included the two studs and a cleaning solution for after care. I was also given a £25 off my next purchase code.
Chris. The assistant manager who did the piercing was excellent. He is definitely an asset to the store. He has excellent customer skills, which are so sadly lacking in so many places, these days.

I'm going through a tricky time at the moment with my partner's funeral in 6 days time and my late father's Garrard vintage watch (44 years old) having given up the ghost. I wanted to wear the watch for her funeral service and without explaining any of this to Chris, he put in a new battery, cleaned the watch up externally (I hardly ever wear it, but I will now!) and put a new strap on. Such brilliant service - why go anywhere else.

Megan pierced me and my friends ears. She was lovely!

Visited H SAMUEL, #Brighton today as I wanted to get the vintage Sekonda watch bracelet replaced as the one on it was too small for my wrist.

I was lucky to be served by Megan who was friendly and professional.

I was worried that they might not be able replace the bracelet as the watch is over 30 years old but Megan assured me (after checking with her manager) that it would not be a problem but it would have to be sent away. Also it would take about 4 weeks but my watch would live to tick another day.

The watch was a gift by a person who is very dear to me, it had belonged to his mum who passed away so that made it doubly precious and dear to me.

A different jewellers I went to earlier today pretty much told me it wasn’t worth the money to get it fixed and just to buy a new one.

Megan was super nice and professional, and with my receipt I even got a £25 voucher off £75 which I am chuffed about as it is my sister’s birthday coming up and I can splurge a little bit more on her now.

The shop is in Churchill Square shopping centre, is fully wheelchair accessible (am in a wheelchair) the staff are nice, polite and professional and what’s best is I didn’t get told my watch wasn’t worth repairing.

We visited the Brighton store today to buy an eternity ring and was greeted by the assistant store manager, he was very pleasant and chatty, he went out of his way to make sure that we chose what ring would be right for us. He even cleaned up our wedding rings! Definitely nicer going into a store than online shopping sometimes.

Have used the local H. Samuel in Brighton twice recently and have received excellent customer service. Kerri the Manager is doing a super job and all the staff deserve a Thankyou.

The help and advice was excellent. I was unsure what to buy the options were explained ( I needed a strap for an old watch ) and rightly I decided to purchase a new watch.

I was serviced in store by a polite and friendly staff member called Jake. He managed to help find me a watch that wasn’t too sparkly, but sparkly enough. The excellent customer service is appreciated!

I was looking for a hard wearing watch that I could wear in any situation. I looked at a variety of watches, and decided on a G Shock by Casio.I went to H Samuel in Brighton to look. The staff there were very good with no rush to get a sale. I decided to buy there and then. A very positive experience was made even better by a 20% discount.

All workers are very nice and very helpful!
