Absolutely fantastic saving with my blue light card.

This company is amazing buying from here since day 1, never had an issue with placing an order and no issue with the quality of their products they sell. Brilliant!

Went for my ears piercing with no appointment. Great service and value for money. Ben was fantastic and really professional.

I purchased 9 carrat gold studs 2 pairs they have turned in to copper exactly like a 2p coin and I have taken them back within 2 weeks and they have refused to give a refund instead said to re polish and then offered and exchange this is not good as why take the old earings and not give a refund the items are FAKE A DISGRACE I am worried about the earings and will see what happens when I wear again DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FOR CHRISTMAS FOLKS it is not real I am really shocked myself and this is really bad even mentions hallmark and was told real gold real fold does not discolour like this they look so old

Excellent service today in the Bradford Broadway store. My daughter got her ears pierced and the lady that did it was so nice, friendly, and really helped put my daughter at ease when she got apprehensive.

Aisha is a manager at this store, she has very poor customer service extremely disrespectful do not take out cover on your items they will make you feel very uncomfortable when making a claim very straight forward claim,the ring was damage and told them the cost of this repair will cost more to repair than replacing it and she still wasn’t having having it and told me to leave the store too which was very uncomfortable when other people were watching so noo need to spend your well earned money to in this store and get this feeling that brill your claim is resolved so be very care full

Staff and manager refused to accept our Scottish money, but we could pay by card. So disappointed with the store as no other H.Samuel has been like this. We left the store without buying anything.

My little girl had her ears pierced today at h.Samuel, she had her first one done and refused to have her second done. Aisha the lady who pieced them was absolutely lovely with my little girl so kind and gentle and made my little girl feel at ease she had the second one done some time after. Also the prices was good with good quality studs and made sure everything was sterile for her piercing would definitely recommend. X

Annya and Ethan are amazing staff members!

They both are very friendly, compassionate and patient staff members. They are very good at their jobs. This made my visit easy and enjoyable.

Please I ask for higher management to look into promoting these two staff members. Please recognise when you have amazing staff something good must be done for them, people like them are rare to find.

I was reassured throughout the process. I was served by Meghan - she was absolutely brilliant explained everything to me, she was calm and very professional, helpful and friendly. Amazing service.

We were at the Bradford Store in Broadway and we were served by a young lad name Siyaam. We had ordered and purchased 9 watches; however the tills would not allow the young man to put all 9 items in one go, instead he had to make the sale separately 9x. He was very calm; and shown us good customer skills by reassuring he would make the sale happen. He took out his time and effort to put the sales through individually. My parents and I were very satisfied with his work. Well done lad.

I was initially very happy with the watch bracelet work I arranged however I noticed recently that one of the quick release spring bar 'grips' was broken off in the process.

The friendly shop manager who helped me put the watch immediately back on my wrist so I only properly inspected the underside later on.

Can I live with it or will I shell out £100+ for a replacement? I don't know yet.

Moral of the story: don't leave the shop before *thoroughly* inspecting the work you have done.

I purchased a wedding ring from he white Wrose shopping center, the service was excellent, unfortunately the ring did not fit so I went to the Broadway center in Bradford, the assistant who served me was very blunt and accused us of wearing the ring as it was scratched.

I explained to the assistant that my husband only tried the ring on and it didn't fit and I was wanting the same ring in a smaller size, she still insisted that he had wore it, I had the ring for 6 days, I did point out to the assistant that it was a titanium ring so it shouldn't scratch. Finally she wiped the ring and it had something sticky on it, I explained to the assistant that it could have been the price ticket, but she said no ours arent sticky, again putting the blame on to me. I felt very upset and embarrassed that she was constantly accusing me of damaging ring. the assistant finally believed me and I ordered a ring in a smaller size. However the experience was very unpleasant, I think she thought I wanted a refund, but all I wanted was a smaller size, and have a pleasant shopping experience.

The staff who assisted had excellent customer service skills and was very helpful with my purchase.

Tom in the Broadway Branch was super helpful and professional.

Hardly any choice of decent sized bracelets instore. Very upsetting as I had to choose a bracelet as a present that didn't look like it matched the price tag. I have bought lots of bracelets as presents for loved ones over the last few years and they have always looked beautiful. and I always felt like my money was well spent. Im Very disappointed and was left dissatisfied.
