Very RUDE staff, BOSTON branch.

Can't thank Emma and her staff at the boston store for their help with replacing a necklace that I had brought at Lincoln for my partner for Xmas as it was only fixed back in May so Happy will be shopping in Boston store again soon

Had my ears pierced at the Boston store and the manager and staff were absolutely brilliant. Was a little nervous but they did a superb professional job. Gave me full instructions on cleaning and caring after the piercing. Five star service.

I purchased a silver and diamond bracelet from the Boston branch. When I got home and put the bracelet on it fell apart. I returned it to the shop that next day and the staff were very apologetic and arranged a replacement. The bracelet arrived a few days later and again the staff very efficient and again very apologetic. The new bracelet is lovely.

Excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble. Bought a watch for my 8 year old and she left with a huge grin on her face. Thank you to the lovely ladies in our Boston store

Because people how look after work and are they not very helpful trying work out this stupid behavore when You leave the shop counting money withone you with to like spend on exit.

Also they try sold you hold plated silver as two colore of gold.

The shop in Boston was nice and well presented.
Only 2 customers in the shop but the staff were very flustered and rushed.

I purchased a watch for my wife as a gift.......when she opened the box the watch was loose in the box, no padding....very disappointing to see my wife's face looking at a new watch slumped at the bottom of a hard plastic box

Not that I should need to but if I purchase another item from them I will pay more attention at how it is packaged

Were absolutely first class, couldnt have been more helpful or knowledgeable.
They were easy to talk to and put us at ease.
We cant praise them enough and they are a credit you your business.

Needed links taken out of my watch. Was done quickly and explained to me to keep the receipt as I'd never need to pay to get it done again.
Will not use any other jewellers in Boston as the staff in H Samuel's are so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to help you. Truly the best shop in Boston for customer service.

Staff was friendly as always. The watch was gorgeous and at a great price. Very happy with my purchase and customer service.
