Ordered and paid for a ring from Beaumont Leys Leicester 1/4/26 cost £459. I was told to collect Tuesday 5th it will be here then, it wasn't. The most unhelpful manager said to give me a ring when it was in,I live 10 miles away so a special journey was made to buy it , I said I wasn't prepared to come back and to post it to me, she said fine you pay the insurance. I said I will cancel now, her reply We can't do a refund without the ring which was still in there warehouse. I rang head office and was told it would be deliver on the 13/4/26 it didn't arrive. I rang customer service and canceled the order. It will take 10 day to get your money back the ring was back with them 2 days later, I am still waiting for a refund. Emailed today and the delay is because it was a store order they will try and get it sorted for today, but they have had the ring for nearly 10 days and if I hadn't emailed nothing would have been done. What sort of company treats customers like that I am 80 years old and saved for a long time to buy the ring as an heirloom for my son. It has been a nightmare, Refund today, won't hold my breath.

I came into the store in May 2024 looking for something special for my bridesmaids. Kylie was so helpful and helped me decide on what was best them. I came out with 7 bracelets and they all absolutely loved them!

On collection I hardly recognised my ring as it looked like new and the repair was excellent . Would not hesitate to recommend you to everyone . First class job .
Very helpful service, above and beyond in fact. Had a problem with a necklace that was resolved within the hour, very helpful and lovely staff.
Wrong size ring given /sold to me .for 25th wedding anniversary rectified issue when I took it back hence 2stars

A lovely jewellery shop, and when you need to deal with the customer services, they are so helpful.
My Wife had a discussion with sales assistant..and my wife showed interest in a gold chain...which I promptly bought for her.....all parties happy....
i was well looked after by the staff and would shop there again in the future .
I bought a new strap for my Radley watch and, without my asking, the technician took the Radley buckle from my old strap and put it on the new one this preserving the brand name.
I came to your Beaumont leys branch in Leicester with my cousin and his fiancé to choose wedding rings. The lady helping us was very helpful and managed to find the perfect rings for them both.
When it came to paying for the rings, H Samuel had an offer of 20% (I think) off any jewellery bought in the store. There were posters plastered all over the store and I asked as we were purchasing jewellery if the offer applied to us. The sales assistant said no as the offer was finished, I was a bit taken aback as the shop was plastered with posters saying 20%off and then the assistant said no. Surely if the offer had finished the posters should have come down at close of business the day the sale ended. I did want to leave the rings as one of the reasons we came in was the offer, unfortunately we did not have time to go to another jewellery store as time was against us.
I asked the sales assistant to honour the deal as it was advertised but she said no. I feel that if you are advertising something you should honour it!!
I was worried about returning a necklace that I bought my daughter, but they refunded me straight the way. I also bought a ring and was very pleased with this too.
Also on the same day I took my husband to get his ring cut off and again they were very good at this service too.
I am looking forward to going back there to get our wedding rings altered in the next few weeks.
