Do not buy from HR Sports. Spend a few dollars more and actually get service..
The time to delivery is extremely slow even if their site says the product is in stock. The tracking shows my order is still waiting to be pack 2 weeks after purchase. Every attempt to contact the company has not got a response, email, whats-app, web chat.

Terrible company
Terrible company! We (a very small not for profit group) needed a gazebo for an event & ordered it 3 weeks prior. The week before the event they hadn’t despatched the order so we cancelled it. Funnily enough after we canceled it, the item was delivered the day after it was needed. Then the drama about getting a refund began. After many messages they finally agreed to refund but to charge us delivery for an order that we had cancelled.

Where do I start the customer service does not exist. Damaged goods in transit but no one can advise of this untill I ring and ask where my product is. Plumber charged a call out fee as oven was meant to arrive but never did. Excuse after excuses on supplies
Stay away not worth the Hassel and heartache. I'm already down $300 on a plumber bill for a no show oven. Need the oven. They offer a refund but takes 4 days another 4 days of no oven with 3 kids under 7 to feed and cook for

I know you ordered three products and two got delivered but one got damaged in transit in Christmas Busy Time and we are out of stock for the same.
We are continuously communication too for the same, so no delay in any response from customer supports team and you also knew that (I don't want to put that chat here).
We are in delay in. replying the new stock arrival date, which we are checking with supplier and it does take time for us to get response and did inform you that also and did offer you to refund for the oven, which you refuse and happy to wait for the new stock arrival date info, so its not delay, its informed in advance.
It's your right to give feedback for the experience, but you should give positive rating for the two product delivered too.
So it will be fair for both of us, this s unfair for the business, where you just put negative experience and forget about the positive experience. Please be fair to all

Where is my order!
I placed an order on the 22/6 for some table legs which was in stock, I have repeatedly emailed Stacey on where are they as I have not received and tracking information.Stacey told me they had technical issues thus the delay, then I get informed that my order is despatched but it will take at least 2 days to manually enter the tracking details , what a load of BS.
My last email to Stacey was ignored , totally poor customer service , I can't get basic information on where are my good and when can I expect them.
Worst online company I have felt with!

After reviewing our communications, we can see that on 27th June team told you that the order has been dispatched and that the tracking is manually updated by staff on the portal. So once the tracking is available they will share it.
We see that on June 28th, you were provided with the tracking number.

Tree droppings I pool
Neighbors huge lillypilly tree and jacaranda that hanges over and drops it leaves nuts and flowers into our pool and driveway every time there is a southerly breeze so we needed something to stop the filter clogging and having to clean every afternoon so looked into purchasing this pool cover and it seem to be just what the doctor ordered…. Doing the job , we just have to work out a better way to attach it to the pool fence for easy on off when cleaning
