Have just started my tenancy and would like to leave some extremely positive feedback for H&H, and in particular to Lisa Swinnerton, Atherstone branch for making everything so easy and seamless. Such a lovely person to deal with - professional, efficient, thorough and a genuinely nice person. Thank you Lisa!

We recently sold our house and found our new home through the Lutterworth office .
Maddie was kind , friendly and always positive and encouraging when we were selling , keeping us well informed on how viewings went and answering our questions.
Without Lauren , we probably wouldn't be moving into our perfect new home , as she knew what we were looking for and let us know as soon it came on the market . Always professional yet friendly , approachable and empathetic, we could count on her to answer any queries and sort out any worries .

I honestly don’t think I could find enough words to thank Lauren and the team at Howkins & Harrison for their incredible support and outstanding customer service throughout the sale of our home.
When we first decided to put our house on the market, we were considering three different estate agents. Looking back now, my husband and I have said on many occasions how incredibly glad we are that we chose Lauren. Selling a house is rarely a smooth process—there’s always a challenge somewhere - but Lauren was with us every step of the way. Her continued support made all the difference, and without her dedication, I truly don’t think we’d be in the position we are now- ready to move into our forever family home.
In today’s world, it’s rare to come across people who are as approachable, personable, dependable, and committed as Lauren and her team. Lauren would always call when she said she would, replied to emails quickly, and never left a question unanswered. And if she didn’t have the answer right away, she made sure to find it and come back to us. That level of service is genuinely refreshing. And then if Lauren was on annual leave, she would ensure her colleagues were on hand to support in her absence so there was no gap in service.
We’ve even said more than once, “If we had our own business, we’d hire Lauren in a heartbeat.”
We will always be grateful for everything Lauren has done to help get our house sale over the line. For anyone thinking of selling their home, we can’t recommend Howkins & Harrison highly enough.

I recently found my new house with the help of Jess from the Northampton office and she was amazing. She couldn’t do enough to help me, even working on her day off to facilitate my viewing. Everything has been very smooth and easy, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you Jess.

We had previously marketed the property with another local agent who we thought had the best local knowledge , we had only a few viewings without any firm offers , and disappointingly the agent just lost interest very quickly . On the other hand HH were true to their word with superior marketing which led to immediate positive viewings and a firm offer . Throughout HH provided proactive feedback .

We have been working with Jessica with the process of buying our first house, from the first point of contact its been a great experience was able to book in a viewing for the next day, Jessica was able to answer any questions we have had if not straight away by the next day after confirming with the property owner.

Very professional, respectful and responsive Agency. Tracie Bloor has been our contact and I have nothing but positive things to say - any issues or requests, we could always count on Tracie’s prompt response and help. Lisa Swinnerton, has an excellent way of managing property, I was leaving at 28 Prestwick way Chellaston derby and during my stay it was a beautiful experience, when moving out of the property, I almost have issues with the agent but Lisa managed every thing we and I am so happy with everything.

The best letting agency I came across, genuinely do recommend. Whole daventry team was great and especially Nicole Asheden did such a wonderful job !

Drew has, once again, gone out of his way to help. He has attended out of working hours to arrange access for a contractor, as well as coordinating multiple other parties to get a repair moving.

The communication from Lisa was also very good, and I would recommend them to any potential landlord or tenant.

This is the first time we have rented a property and I have to say that the staff at Howkins and Harrison made it a stress free experience. From the first time we were shown around the property prior to renting, through to the end of the rental period, everyone was extremely helpful, professional and also friendly. A special mention to Nicole Ashenden who was the person we dealt with mostly during our stay, not only does she have excellent communication skills, she also has a lovely personal touch giving us information about the area and made our stay at the property a thoroughly enjoyable one.
