She was highly professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly proactive, keeping us informed at every stage and ensuring we always knew what was happening next. We encountered some challenging personal circumstances during the process, and she was exceptionally understanding and supportive while still maintaining momentum and keeping everything on track. Her advice and guidance when dealing with both the mortgage broker and solicitor were invaluable, helping to resolve issues quickly and minimise stress. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and thanks to her persistence and dedication, we successfully reached completion.
