The House of Staunton Recensioni

I’ve been a HOS customer for over 20 years! To date I’ve purchase a chess table, 2 boards, and 3 sets along with other chess items. Always the highest quality!!!

I bought the gold-plated chess pendant over a year ago now and it has not tarnished one bit. I make an effort to keep it away from water but all the accidentals never diminished its quality. Quite affordable for the quality too!

My experience with HOS has been nothing less than stellar. They have decided to outsource some items that may not be up to the standards they were hoping for. That said, they still are the preemptive choice for all chess needs regardless.

I had previously written that I was unsatisfied with the promised delivery timeframe. The company has since continued communication and we were able to amicably discuss and resolve the issue.

House of Staunton is Great!! Web page is easy to navigate. I've called to TALK with someone, they Answer, & they were Nice, Knowledgeable, & Helpful. Their Quality of Chess boards, Chessmen, ect. is SUPERIOR, absolutely FANTASTIC. This month alone, I purchased 2 Chess Boards & a traveling Chess set. (3 different orders) Delivery was EARLY or on time. & ALL 3 orders EXCEEDED my expectations! I will be a Lifelong customer of House of Staunton.

The company’s excellent chess products, chess selections and excellent customer service they provide is what why I’m completely satisfied with my purchases. Also with making future purchases for all my chess needs.

Good products and a good reputation for quality and craftsmanship!! The box for chess pieces was well made and I put a piece of velcro on the lid to keep it from falling off when tipped. Also the Hastings plastic pieces are a nice weight and size and I like the dark red and natural colors!!

My experience with House of Staunton has been superb. They offer quality products at reasonable and very low prices. Customer service is prompt, and shipping is fast and well packaged. I highly recommend this company, they actually care!

Quick delivery of good chess equipment.

House of Staunton delivers every time on their products. I have purchased multiple boards from them and each has been stunningly crafted. They really take quality seriously here, even on their plastic tournament sets. Customer service is fast and helpful, and the delivery is prompt and secure. This is a fantastic brand for all of your chess sets, clocks, and accessories!

The House of Staunton has a great selection of every chess product imaginable. Quality of all products are second to none and reasonably priced. Shipping and delivery are fast and reliable and web site is robust and easily navigated.

I've bought chess sets, boards, and boxes from HOS for the simple reason that they offer quality products, great customer service, and handle packing/shipping with great care!

I have purchased several chess sets and travel boards from House of Staunton. Your web site is easy to navigate and use, your products are just I was looking for.

I have bought a nice wooden chess set and a chess table as well. Thank you for the high-quality merchandise 🙏🙏🙏. Not sure exactly when I got these.

Would be a beautiful chess set, but unfortunately it seems that the finish was very poorly applied. In a room with no direct sunlight the board's finish darkened extremely quickly and left permanent spots on the board. No help from customer service other than to say the board is ruined. For such an expensive set and board, the quality control, construction, and finishing should be much better. Not worth the price.

I recently placed an order for a special Valentine set that was missing the vinyl roll up board. Within a couple of hours I received a super nice response, an apology, and reassurance they would send out the missing board as soon as possible. This is how customer service should be! I couldn’t be more pleased. 😀 Thank you.
