I have bought several gnomes since this website appeared.
I have kept some, given others as gifts. They are always cute & as portrayed. I have never had one arrive damaged.
Sometimes, it takes longer than expected for one to arrive, but it does & it’s all good.
I love these gnomes!

I ordered. I texted. My gift is gone. They have my money...SCAM. they won't get back to you.

I have ordered 5 of those gnomes, but have not received any of them or been given any notification of dispatch. I emailed them three times but got no reply so have cancelled the order and claimed a refund. They are a scam company. Not at all trustworthy.

I order 2 gnome I haven't received anything yet and I just found out you charge my credit card already I don't know anything about what is going on with my order if I don't hear from you soon I will contacting my credit card company on this matter

I ordered the gnome that was an angel gnome that says I am always with you and has a cardinal on it to say that when I saw it on the website. I was very excited to order this guy. I was under the impression that they were handmade. Don't get me wrong. I like the gnome but he sure wasn't worth the money that I paid for it. Actually the ones that I bought from Temu we're about the same as this one and considerably less. And the one that I received does not even look as good as the one on the website.

I placed my order on the 23rd of November and never heard from them until I sent an inquiry asking when it would be shipped. Finally received a reply saying the order had been shipped on November 28th. Well it is Christmas Day and I still haven’t received my order. The tracking says the order was delivered but not at my house. I went through PayPal so I know the address was correct. To say the least I am quite disappointed as this was a Christmas present. I will never use this company again and I encourage others not to also.

The gnome is hollow in the middle with open staples showing. It lays flat and does not stand up.

I placed an order over a month ago and still have not received my order. The gnomes look so cute, I placed two more orders and I totally regret it. I did not realize the company is halfway around the world. I just hope my order shows up before 2025! They took my money instantly. 😖

Response was quick.. ordering was easy

Tried on 11/19 to order and system would not take it. Customer service gave me another code so placed order. Hope the 4 gnomes arrive sooner than later

Haven’t received yet but the ordering process was easy enough. Just a bit disappointed that the promo code that they have all over failed to work.

When I created an account I was given a discount code “THANKS20” I entered it several times and kept getting the message Invalid..I ordered the gnome anyway as it is a gift, but was disappointed..

It was very easy to find what I was looking for, and you had a big choice of sizes. I hope the size I ordered fits well. You have so many wonderful gnomes and I definitely will shop again and will purchase something.
