I have ordered a number of blinds through House Decor Interiors and they have been beautifully made and have arrived promptly. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend.

Roman blind was extremely well made, really very pleased. Measuring instructions were easy to follow and ordering process was very simple with updates along the way. Highly recommend and I would use House Decor Interiors again.

I ordered both a Roman blind and a pair of curtains for my cottage and am delighted with both. Joanne was very helpful when the fabric I chose was no longer available. They have been beautifully made, were delivered on time and were easy to order on the website. I would definitely use them again, thank you so much

Received by curtains today and they are amazing, the quality is top notch and we also got a bonus of some extra/spare material. Kept us updating on progress throughout which was great and really helpful when we had any questions. Would 100% recommend.

I ordered 4 rolls of wallpaper from this company and whilst there was nothing wrong with the order when I emailed to ask for a partial return and refund as we didnt need all 4 rolls in the end. I was told refunds have to be actioned within 10 days ( we were outside this). My email response from the company was curt and rude. My husband called to query this information as it doesnt seem in line with other company's returns policy and he was hung up on by the advisor (Joanne). Poor customer service such a shame that we wont use them again!!

House Decor Interiors have made my curtains beautifully. The cost per yard of the fabric was less than the amount quoted by a well known chain store. The customer service was always available at the end of the phone for friendly advice and I am happy to recommend this company 100%!

A few months after ordering a roman blind, decided to order curtains to match. Unfortunately company didn’t have enough fabric, then we were told that particular pattern was being discontinued by manufacturer. Huge disappointment. House of Decor were very helpful suggesting some alternative fabrics they had in stock, sent samples and I chose a suitable pattern to work in with blind.
Curtains arrived, look fab, well made and excellent quality.

This was my second order of custom-made curtains from House Decor Interiors and I’m just as delighted this time round. They are beautiful quality and they look fantastic. I don’t know how they do it for such a reasonable price, but I’m not complaining!
I would use them again like a shot.

Very good customer service and prices are excellent. Joanne could not have been more helpful. My fabric arrived within a couple of days and was extremely well packaged. I have no hesitation in recommending this company and would certainly use them again.

We have ordered 5 times from HouseDecor since summer 2022, starting with motorised roller blinds and then 4 separate sets of curtains. Everything has always been expertly made and from a wide range of fabrics that rival or better any other online based curtains and blinds offering. Communication is just the right level of detail and Joanne is always very responsive. Don’t be led to thinking that other online firms will be cheaper because the unit fabric costs appear lower. The all-in price for the finished curtains will not be and the quality is very unlikely to be surpassed. On at least two orders, we requested delivery within a shorter timeframe and each time the goods arrived earlier than originally expected. Above all, the only occasion we did have a problem with faulty motors on our blinds, Joanne did everything in her power to resolve the situation even though the motor supply was really outside of their control. And on every order, we have received exemplary guidance with details such as tweaking measurements to avoid having to order more fabric than is necessary. Or whether to have a pair or single curtain on a certain window. What more would you want from a supplier? Highly recommended!

This is our fourth order with this company and again we are absolutely delighted with our blinds and cushion covers! They are beautifully made and look stunning. Fantastic communication throughout from ordering to delivery. They also picked up that I had ordered the wrong lining for the fabric I had chosen and changed this for me. Really amazing service, would highly recommend.

Very poor service from the start and only got worse, I placed 2 orders for blinds and fabric, I was given estimate times for completion but obviously I wanted asap, I was emailed to say the blinds were ready however a week on and still no blinds so after chasing again they said they were expecting me to tell them when I want them, how ridiculous, the fabric again was supposed to be delivered last week but again that has been delayed, this company has a book of excuses so be warned

Exceptional. I'd been looking for blinds for a while but House Decor Interiors have a completely different (and far more inspired/interesting) range of fabrics from other sites that I had looked at. Not an easy decision, we're basically revamping the entire house, so I ordered a few samples to help in the decision making.

So far I've had two sets of blinds delivered and they're exceptional - top quality fabric and the manufacturing is spectacularly good. I have a few more rooms to go and I know where I'll be getting my blinds from. Maybe a tad more expensive than other sites, but you absolutely get what you are paying for, they're really excellent

They company were very helpful. Ordering was really simple and arranged a different delivery address from card payment address without any discrepancy. Fabric arrived before the time stated. Very happy with the service and will certainly use this company again.

Having found the fabric I was looking for on the website, to completing the measurements on the easy to follow guide & then receiving the price-brilliant. Once order confirmed, I was updated with expected make-up and delivery time. Blind delivered on the day as requested, it is now in situ in the en-suite. Very pleased with the fabric & quality of the finish. Great service would not hesitate to use again.

This is the second time I have used House Decor Interiors for curtains. I'm back because they are so good!. Couldn't be more helpful, keeping me informed at every stage. Finished product is perfect, beautifully made and value for money.
