Lovely wallpaper and quick delivery but quite disappointed that they don’t accept returns on unused rolls. Luckily it’s a small room and it’s just 1 unused roll but £70 just going in the bin is a huge waste. In hindsight it would have been better to go with a reputable company and pay a few extra pennies for a better service.

Beautiful, well made Roman blinds at a reasonable price. I am over the moon with them! Communication and timescale of delivery were also excellent. I highly recommend this company!

Helpful staff to speak to about the order. Curtains and Roman blinds look great and the pattern match between the two is spot on. Very good value for money as exactly half the price that a local firm quoted for the same product.

Very impressed with the vast selection of fabrics available. Easy to use website to place my order. The communication was very good. Delivery was fast and best of all, I was really pleased with the quality of the finished Roman blind. I have already recommended the company to my mum and will be using them again myself.

My curtains were very well made!!! They hang well, are perfectly hemmed and look fantastic! I have high standards, as I'm keen on sewing and usually make my own curtains, but I recognize I could not have made them so well.

Returning wallpaper surplus is an issue. Go with other companies which ALLOW you to return unused rolls in perfect condition. House Decor does not - subtly referred to in T&C. Disappointing especially as their calculator was WAY off on amount needed - 3 too many! (£160!). I was told to ask a decorator to estimate to be sure - daft as I was DIY.

Outstanding customer service. I received a phone call within minutes of placing the order, to confirm some minor details, and was able to chat through some options. Item arrived at the beginning of the delivery date window, and I am entirely satisfied with it. Well done!

I have just had fitted a Roman blind made by House Decor Interiors.
I am absolutely delighted. It is so beautifully made and the fabric is gorgeous.
I found the whole experience completely flawless. Communication was excellent and the blind was completed way ahead of time.

We ordered from House Decor Interiors after seeing our friends curtains and being impressed. We ordered a new blind for our kitchen and as soon as it arrived, we were impressed with the quality. Thicker lining, heavier fabric and a more solid pull cord feeling compared to the Hillary's blind we bought the previous year. We did have a small fault with the blind a few months into owning it as one of the seams had split. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. They sent a courier to come and collect the blind and to deliver it back to us after the repair at no cost to us. We received our blinds back, fully repaired and looking fab. I were really impressed with the customer service they provided in rectifying this issue, we were kept informed at every step of the way and only went without the blind for a matter of days, we had it collected and returned within a week! We will definitely be using House Decor Interiors again for blinds and curtains in the future.
