Very quick response, quick schedule of the work day, quick work execution! I had an excellent experience with Housecleaners.nl and already recommended them for my colleagues who were interested!

We had our sofa cleaned and we’re really happy with the final result. The cleaners were friendly and professional, and were patient with our curious dog who kept checking on what was going on.

Timings were accurate so made it easy to fit it around our work schedules. We’d definitely use them again!

I had a stone floor cleaning, plus two terraces cleaned by HouseCleaners.nl. Billy and his colleague did a great job, taking their time to thoroughly clean all the floors, including outside pots and furniture. I also had a re-grouting of the terrace tiles. I am very pleased with the results and recommend Billy to anyone who needs their services!

Unfortunately I’m disappointed. I was looking forward to it. The team was very punctual and lovely, it started well. But now that it fully dried it looks like my carpet is only half-cleaned. I now see very defined stripes of cleaner carpet and stripes of less clean scarlet. And no, in case you’re wondering, it’s got nothing to do with the orientation of the “hair” or fibers or whatever. It’s meant to be monochrome. But it’s not anymore… I am now the owner of a striped carpet - could be cool if it had been the intention, but it was not.
Just a half deep clean and now my carpet looks weird… I’d be happy to provide photo evidence if only this platform allowed it.

From start to finish my experience with housecleaning.nl was convenient and easy. They got back to my inquiries and questions quickly, even on the weekends, and were communicative throughout. The two individuals who came to clean my L-couch were pleasant and polite, and worked thoroughly to take the pesk dog hair that had weaved itself into the fabric. After almost 2 hours of work, the couch was in much better shape, though some hair was still left. I think the issue is more with the combination of my dog's short stiff hair and the particular fabric of the sofa than with the quality of the work. Highly recommend!
