HotelContractBeds Recensioni

We bought 4 beds from Hotel Contract Beds. The customer service staff were really friendly and helpful. We were really happy with the quality of the beds and mattresses, when they arrived.
The only slight issue we had was that the beds come with non lockable casters as standard so rolled about on the hard floor. When I contacted customer service they sent out different feet called gliders but maybe this could be included in a drop down menu when purchasing- ‘will your bed be on hard floor or carpet?’ Just would have saved a bit of faffing.

Great service, very helpful, will definitely use them again in the future

comfy bed, simple to arrange delivery. have put a big mattress topper on. now feels like being in a hotel

Excellent service. Mattress perfect helps with my hip and back issues. Delivery on correct day and kept informed of time. Could not ask for better

Great mattresses, good price, good service. Whats not to like?

Slept in this bed on a weekend away. Had an amazing nights sleep had to buy one. Highly recommended

This is the first time I have purchased anything from HCB but I am sure it will not be the last. They were very quick to respond to my request for fabric samples and to deliver my 2 headboards, which I am absolutely delighted with. I highly recommend this company.

I run a small
B&b for the last 20years.About 10 years ago I came across with HotelContractBeds and ever since all my previous issues like week bed frame ,un comfy mattresses and poor sleep experience went away.Great customer service and products.

Relatively quick turn-around for a bespoke bed & mattresses. HCB were proactive to enquire about fabric delivery; Nadia was extremely helpful when ordering and changing the delivery address (twice!); delivery was efficient with good protection.

Outstanding customer service through to delivery and exceptionally comfortable beds!

Great product and services, used many times over number of years and very happy

Good service and warranty. Have used this company for beds in a B&B previously and were all good quality. Last year we purchased a mattress for ourselves, due to some issues we recently contacted them about a replacement and this was handled quickly and without any fuss, we were also able to upgrade at the same time, new mattress was delivered and the old collected all smoothly. Highly recommended.

Really swift service and we have had many a compliment on the mattresses when our guests come to stay.

Absolutely love the new bed. Looks very good with the matching headboard and so comfortable, we have trouble getting out of it!!

Very comfortable beds.

Fantastic customer service with a very helpful and joyful lady on the telephone.

I would highly recommend this company.

Great company to deal with as their communication with the customer in our experience was first class. Even when we had a faulty item, they immediately responded positively and resolved the issue directly. Absolutely first class customer service and excellent customer communication. Delivery driver was also marvellous. Thank you so much

Great customer service from ordering through to delivery. Beds look and feel great and hope they’ll please our holiday guests.

I ordered 3 beds for my BNB, and I couldn't be more delighted with the service! They kept me informed about the shipping throughout the entire process. They were incredibly kind and patient with my mum when they called to let us know when the beds were arriving. The kindness they showed her was truly immeasurable.
