They stated that while registering with does not mean they are obliged to facilitate viewings. This is a less than ideal response.

I believe landlords expect their properties to be marketed effectively and provided with a selection of people to hand their property over to. However, this objective becomes challenging if viewings are restricted, and groups of workers are excluded from viewings. Those who do not work from home, and NHS staff are at a disadvantage.
