I recently had an unsatisfactory experience with Homesure, particularly with an individual named Rosanagh. Despite reporting a minor leak in the bedroom nearly a year ago, it was not addressed, leading to significant damage and a severe hazard to my health being an asthmatic. This neglect compelled me to terminate my tenancy shortly after Christmas. Due to a misunderstanding, the keys were returned late, which I promptly communicated to Homesure. However, in a recent conversation, Rosanagh informed me that I would be responsible for additional charges. When I attempted to discuss the ongoing issues and their failure to repair the leak, she responded unprofessionally and abruptly ended the call. This experience highlights a severe lack of professionalism and customer service at Homesure, and I cannot recommend their services. Staff training and a commitment to tenant safety are urgently needed.

I called up for a viewing, my call was handled very well and professionally. Rosanagh lead me through the whole process real nicely and got me booked in. We didn't get the property, but I'd be very happy for Rosanagh to deal with us again

Homesure managed a rental property for us for many years. When we decided it was time to sell, they guided us through the sales process and managed a sale for the best price. Amy & Lucy were amazing but equally all the staff had a hand in our journey and jumped in to help when needed. Highly recommend

Home sure is one of the best agent I have ever come across in Liverpool. I have been too many agents last 12 years living in uk, and home sure is one of the most reliable agent, due to its clarks positive attitude, contribute, and support. Their attitude feels you comfortable to talk about anything, contribute is they are feeling your problem and trying to solve and support always to help you out the best possible way. I do long hours in the nhs and after my stressful shift when I tried to talk to them they always made me feel relaxed, and never put any extra pressure, specially Liam, everytime I talked to him was positive everytime I went for supper it was done and sorted. Look like it he is the person feeling it and trying to resolve. I am very pleased to home sure for keeping such a nice gentleman in their office. And I am very pleased so far I have dealt with them. From viewing through the application to the final process after referencing , Homesure made the renting experience a great one for us . This is quite different from the experience we have had in the past, it's an amazing letting company.

Whilst changing over tenants the entire process was handled really well by Dermot from Homesure. Good communication throughout and ensured a smooth transition from old to new tenant with Dermot taking care of everything so I didn't have to worry. Being new to the rental business the processes are all very new to me. As a landlord I would highly recommend Homesure. They totally transformed my experience as a landlord when they took over my properties. They are real professionals and understand property inside out. They have achieved great rents, for me and deal with maintenance issues promplty and in a cost effective way. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very easy to deal with.

My partner were pleased with Homesure. Although we didn’t get the result we wanted; I don’t think that it was their fault as we presented a difficult case for renting our house out for a very short term. Liam was really kind and personable, and very professional. He was always prompt with the viewings and informative. I would use Homesure again.
