Homesure have been excellent with their communication from the get go. One of the best letting agents I've had dealings with.

By far the best letting agency I’ve ever used.
Clear, polite & fast communication. Plus, the team actually want to help you.
I had a question which lead to several more questions and they were still so polite & helpful. Which unfortunately is rare for a letting agency.
They have a great system which you can log in to, see where your tenancy is up to, read information & add maintenance issues.

Homesure have been an excellent letting agency to rent from. The staff have gone above and beyond in responding and resolving any issues that have arisen whilst renting a property. In particular, Liam, Joe and Hannah from the Woolton branch have provided excellent customer service and have always been courteous, supportive and friendly. I highly recommend Homesure.

Homesure lettings have always been helpful, efficient and highly professional in all of the dealings I have had with them.
Staff are warm and professional in their manner, ready to listen and act accordingly.
The most recent member of staff to assist me was Hannah.
She quickly and knowledgeably answered my query, carried out an investigation and replied to me in a timely manner, having solved the problem. She was courteous and efficient and happy to help.

I rented a property with Homesure for a little under 2 years. From the initial viewing to the final move out my experience with the agency has been very positive. They have always been very quick to respond to and resolve any issues or queries. The staff is professional but friendly and approachable. They were great liaising with the landlord for any repairs and contract renewals. The end of my tenancy and move out also went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend the agency :)

Sold my house with Homesure, it took 9 months to sell my house but not at the fault of Homesure in anyway. I was let down by two buyers, but it was third time lucky for me. They were consistently keeping me updated, driving forward potential buyers. Overall a very friendly bunch and not had a single negative thing to say about them. When the second sale fell through, they put in extra steps to avoid it happening again.

Very professional and lovely staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The price is also very competitive and similar to other estate agents.

I deal with Liam mainly and I would say that the service provided by Liam and Homesure is second to none. I am a landlord and also have a property in Manchester with a separate Lettings Agent. The service provided by Homesure in Liverpool, compared to the agent in Manchester makes the Manchester agent seem absolutely awful, to the point where I am thinking of looking elsewhere! If only all agents could provide this superb level of service, everything would be so much easier and less stressful! Thank you very much, Liam and Homesure!

From start to finish Homesure (Sue in particular!) couldn't have done more to help with the sale of our home.

We have been dealing with Sue for years as our mortgage advisor (also 5/5 😉), and after the agent we were initially dealing with left the business she also ended up being our primary contact for the sale of our home.

We ended up at the bottom of a particularly awkward chain. It's no exaggeration to say that without the support offered by Sue and the team there's a decent chance we would either still be waiting to exchange contracts or the sale might have ended up falling through.

Homesure were quick, thorough and communicative through out our moving in process. It took a week from myself viewing the property to getting the keys which is exactly what we wanted and reassured us we could contact them if any issues arose. Staff were friendly and professional as well as extensive in their property checks. A difficult process was made easy by Homesure and I would definitely use them again in the future.

Viki couldn’t have been more helpful with the sale of my apartment. Helped from start to finish and was always easy to get in touch with and rapid with her response to any questions. Also helped with the chasing of solicitors which was the main problem in my sale.
