took £1 from me when i logged in with my paypal will just buy from someone else now

Very poor Customer Service experiences. Impossible to get through to an agent to discuss issues. 15 minutes wait time is not reasonable. I would suggest 5 minutes wait time and then switching to 'a request a call back' option.
Call back requests were not followed through when I received an unscheduled call while away from my home.

Had a problem with battery's on the system but all sorted and whole system checked out very quickly couldn't be better

Kristy in office explained everything answered all my questions in a knowledgeable friendly manner, I requested few days to research & speak again. Nothing was too much trouble.
My system was installed by Dan few days later again very professional knowledgeable discussed with me where I wanted everything done in great time.
I've had an alarm system since 1989 very outdated & worn cables despite constant annual maintenance payments the firm I was with claimed the problems I had weren't covered by maintenance???? Hence I decided to look elsewhere price quality knowledgeable staff glad I've gone with secure homes 😁

It has been almost a month since I ordered from this website but did not receive the item OR refund. The parcel has been lost by their courier company and they have gone silent since I contacted them. I have emailed and messaged through their contact form on their website and tried even the fake phone number they have on their website but without any luck or answer. Scammers or just total incompetence?
I flagged the website to Action Fraud and FCA, so hopefully they can look into their ignorance and get my money back.

Love supporting local businesses. This one rectified a problem that occurred following a call out a couple of months ago. No quibble. Really helpful. Came next day, didn’t charge me for follow up repair. Really appreciate it - thank you!

Absolutely excellent service. Friendly staff who answered all my questions and fitted new locks quickly and reasonably priced.

Never Use this company. I ordered 3 parts but one part was missing and envelope was broken. promised delivery in 2 days but I got 2 parts in 11 days, with no compensation at all. The communication can be only reached by email. Also the communication between home secure and EVRI (their FF) is bad.... Waste my time!

Dermot was around this morning to install our alarm system and set up for the app. Perfect service, everything explained and working perfectly. Patient, would highly recommend.

When I rang Home Secure I spoke to Ryan who was a pleasure to deal with.
He made the process so quick and he was extremely efficient. He even sent me a follow up email which I was impressed with; dealing with companies over the years i’ve found once the deal is done is hard to get follow up.

I cannot comment on the online side of this business as I have only used the local trade counter service recently on three occasions ,each time I found the counter staff very helpful in solving various problems I had with keys,hinges and today a front door lock problem which was solved for me with their assistance they always have time to help you were it’s necessary, on that basis would recommend based on the interaction I have had with the trade counter staff.

My Double Glazed Windows are at least 30 years old and handles have snapped over the last few years. I think I have ordered 4 or 5 replacement "cockspur" handles in that period. My latest order was made on the 11th and they were delivered (by courier, which was a nice surprise) the next day. Thank you Home Secure

I don’t write reviews but simply had to on this occasion…..Bought £165 worth of door numbers for a development I had completed. They sent the wrong numbers. When I contacted them to arrange for the missing items to be sent I received an argumentative, unprofessional and woeful response. Very petty. Please go elsewhere, you will get a better product at a cheaper price without hassle. PLEASE AVOID.

Really good service. Had a minor issue with order and it was sorted out really quickly.

First time writing a trust pilot review but I checked the reviews on here before ordering and noticed there is a lot of negatives ones. I seen they had over 2000 google reviews on their website however so decided to order. Locks were best price around, great quality and delivered within 2 days. I sent them a question about installation and they replied quickly so cannot fault them at all. I did get an email to request a google review but nothing for trust pilot. Probably explains why not so many reviews on here but I felt the need to add one! Would use again and recommend.

Bought a lock from them (via Amazon). The lock stopped working - couldn't lock it from the inside anymore! Thankfully I still had my old lock so could reinstall that one (though this defeated the point of buying a new lock).

Asked for a return and received a pretty unprofessional response. Had to use Amazon CS to get a return case opened...which Home Secure then immediately closed!

Eventually Amazon told me to send it back but neither they, not Home Secure, would agree to refund return postage costs despite them being legally obliged to do so under the law.

Definitely would not recommend - anything at all goes wrong and you'll be left high and dry.

Thumb turn lock euro lock occassionally jammed not safe if needed to exit urgently. Returned item per their website. No communication from them so chased and got a curt reply agreeing to refund goods which was repaid. Claimed for postage as the goods are faulty as per their terms and conditions and Consumer Rights Act. Would not respond to emails as experienced by other postings. Avoid this Company.

Purchased a lock which was never delivered. Tried contacting them but never got a response. I was ripped off by a security firm. Go elsewhere.
