This company is offering a ‘rebate’ on old double glazed windows - according to them that rebate is supported by a Scottish Government subsidy scheme.

This is simply untrue. It’s a scam based on false information.

From start to finish the whole process was very professional and friendly. When windows were being installed we were told roughly how long it would take and the guys kept us up to date as to what was happening. Windows very good quality and would definitely recommend the company.

From contacting Homesealed, to picking a new front door to survey and fitting was a smooth and easy process. I was kept up to date all through the process. The fitters were quick, friendly and left not one bit of mess behind. I am delighted with both my door and the service received.

We had a very thorough sales evaluation including full explanation of the process. We had our letter with date for installation, unfortunately there was a miscommunication somewhere as nobody turned up on the day allocated. I had to phone to find out what was happening, to be told that we should have been contacted to let us know there had been a change to the date. The next day we were supposed to have someone turn up, we then had a call to say it would need to be rearranged.
On the rearranged date all went according to plan. The team were very good and completed all 7 windows and a door within the day. Not much mess was left behind (some dust) and all materials were removed with them.

Chose Homesealed to install 3 new windows and they were very friendly and professional from the first appointment to the completion of the work, particularly Danny & Rocky who actually fitted the windows.

Everything was clear and concise from the outset and was carried out in line with everything they said would happen, with good communication on each stage (quote, survey & fitting) throughout. Very good quality work and we would rate them highly.

I needed a large amount of windows and a door installed and from the word go the service was excellent. Ross was the first contact and he was fun to deal with and together we sorted out the best way forward for a relatively complex project. Soon after Jim the surveyor arrived and expertly and carefully sorted out the fine details. Finally Malcom and his team installed the windows and door and did a really efficient and excellent job -keeping me up to date all the time and working out some minor challenges with me. Everybody involved throughout the project was hard-working, skilled and very friendly and my house was left in great condition and the whole project has totally enhanced my house. I am very pleased indeed and would not hesitate to recommend the team. This was a relatively complex job of work and whereas the windows are fitted perfectly, unfortunately the trim around the door is not correctly aligned. Nevertheless, Ross has been around again briefly and has assured me that this will be quickly sorted and I am sure it will!

A type or gerilla marketing that I would never go for. Rang doorbell, someone was saying that they offer great prices due to some schemes that are available for even working people, not just low income households. Said that our neighbour also booked an appointment for assessment that day for 5:30. Out of interest I booked one for 5 when husband is at home. Took my number and five minutes later I received a call to confirm the booking for a free assessment.

Guy came at 5, started to talk talk talk talk, about buildings, schemes, us, etc. after over half an hour very fast talk, he finally got to the point to look at the external walls. More questions and talk talk talk. Then he explained a kind of flexible loan they offer with a one off admin fee of £399 as they need to do lots of admin to get the scheme offer approved.

He then called his 'boss', talk talk talk again and asked that person to give a quote. It was nearly 10k, a few hundred less. And just now, just fur us, just that moment they can reduce for £4860..... but we need to pay the £399 that evening. We said we want to consider as husband just started to work after a long break, then he banged the question: 'Do you have a credit car?' FFS! That was the moment when I decided no.

As soon as we said no, he even offered to put the £399 towards the instalments. Still said no, then called the so called 'boss' and talked talked talked again emphasising loudly that we do not want the offer blah blah and he does not thing there is point for the boss talking to us as we decided already. Then quickly ended and told us that the offer only stands that moment, if we change our minds even tomorrow we won't get the option to get the discount.

What a disgusting way of invading people's privacy and get data from them. I will ask them to delete all my data as per the GDPR. And no mate, there is no way that anybody in their right mind would just bring their credit card to a random person whom I did not even initiate the visit with. Well, whoever does that deserves what comes after. Tasteless...

After much searching, we chose Homesealed to install five new windows and a front door, and it was the right decision. They were friendly and professional from the first appointment to the completion of the work. The quality of their work was of the highest standard.

Later, we decided to have the house painted, so we called them. We were introduced to Roan, who is a true asset to the company. He guided us through the different processes and helped us secure a great deal from Robert that suited our needs.

On the scheduled day, James arrived to prepare for the work. He kept us informed and worked diligently throughout the process. Three days later, the job was tidy and finished, resulting in an excellent outcome.

It was a five-star job from start to finish, courtesy of a trusted and professional company. I will not hesitate to use them again when we need new fascia and guttering. Recommended for Quality and friendliness.

Danny and Rocky fitted 8 windows for me over two days. They were polite and professional from start to finish. Done an amazing job of the windows and checked I was happy with everything before leaving. Highly recommend.

Homesealed installed a number of new PVC Windows and Doors for us. The work was carried out in a professional manner throughout with no damage to either the inside or outside needing repair.
A couple of scratches to the new window sills were replaced quickly, and a couple of adjustments to the Doors were completed at the same time.
We would not hesitate to use Homesealed again.

We had a salesman over last night for a '45 minute free quote' it was an hour and a half and I had just walked in the door from work. The man was lovely at first but the sales technique turned very weird very quickly. The price went from £19k initially to 13 with us qualifying for the biggest discount from a long list of things to help with advertising etc. We have only just bought our house not even six months ago so said we would take a look around for prices as 13,000 is a lot of money. He said what if I could drop it to £10,000 which I'm still not sure where we could drop 3k. He then got a manager on the phone and it went down to £9.6k and he spoke to my husband. The manager did then sort of say oh well I can't convince you when we said definitely not right now and we wanted more quotes. The salesman we could tell turned completely from being very friendly and relating to us to clearly being very angry with us and left abruptly. Both of us have been left very unsettled and having spoken to friends and family they all think this is very strange and think we were right to avoid using the company.

First Class . Danny and Rocky are Superb at their jobs. Quick , Accurate work. Clean up afterwards. Windows and doors are great.

The Homesealed team from the office staff, sales team and the fitting and plaster workers that worked on my home upgrades went above and beyond. Everyone was extremely professional and polite while engaging in my needs and information requests surrounding my upgrades to the windows and doors and the financial options I had to make sure things were affordable for me in agreeing to the sale of the job and materials. Communication between the staff around the job and myself was consistent and easily acquired when required. Follow up work to make sure that the doors were adjusted correctly and touch up work the the outside plaster work was done swiftly and to a high standard with homeowner 'eyes on' requested before confirming completion of the work. Homesealed provide a 5 Star Customer and Quality service and I will be looking to secure further work from them in future to continue the upgrades upstairs with the houses remaining older windows. Additionally, doors provided are exactly what was wanted and are regularly complimented on by the neighborhood.

Danny and Rocky fitted my 2 large windows today. They were amazing very professional,hard working, very pleasant to deal with and very helpful.
They left the place clean and tidy too. Two really nice guys.
The pervious day another team fitted 4 other windows and they were great too, very professional, hard working, very helpful and cleaned up after they were finished.
