I had 3 windows installed in my house and I have to say that the team was super efficient and professional. During and just after the installing the office were contacting me to make sure that I am happy with the work. And that’s where the professionalism of Homesealed ends. I contacted the office couple weeks later to discuss some issue which has been discussed with the office earlier on. I was promised quick respond but nothing happened. I called the week after to hear the same promise and another week when the Manager themselves promised me prompt answer. After another week I stopped believing in fairy tales. Unfortunately, those not the cheapest on the market, windows come with 10 years guarantee. Don’t even want to imagine the struggle if I have to report any fault.

I would be smarter next time when choosing windows company.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Homesealed to anyone considering having new windows installed. I had 8 installed over 2 days by a professional and efficient team. Both the quality and installation was excellent all done so well I didn’t even need to touch up any decoration afterwards. Thank you Homesealed.

Just had 12 new windows installed this week over 2 days. It was a first class job by the team of 3.
No mess,no fuss and they arrived on time. They were extremely polite and cleaned up as they went along from room to room.
I would definitely recommend this company for both their prices and their ethics in recycling.

Two substantial and neat Bay Windows installed on time. Rooms and exterior ground tidied on completion. Three polite workers - Danny, Rocky & Dylan.
Minor problem. Opening restriction security locks to be adjusted.

*update 2 - a lovely lady contacted me, apologised and investigated.

A second sales person came and we had a much better discussion. I also received a much more reasonable price.

I am truly impressed with the remediation and genuine concern and want to set things right.

I will definitely be moving ahead with windows from this company in light of the contact and sincerity received.

*update- the company just tried to say they think it was another company that I’m talking about… absolutely not! I listened to the guy go on and on about your company so I know who the sales guy was representing.

I recently had someone from this company come to my door offering 40% off windows through a recycling scheme. I explained I was interested in replacing my old windows – possibly one at a time due to budget – and that I didn’t want any hard sales tactics. The rep assured me it would be a simple 30-minute consultation with no pressure, just to get a quote.

Unfortunately, that’s not how it went. The salesperson who arrived started with a long explanation about the company and its values, which I wasn’t really interested in. I just wanted a straightforward quote.

He then measured my windows and began asking personal questions – why I wanted new windows, if it was because of drafts, what I do for work, what others on my street have done, etc. It started to feel intrusive and uncomfortable. I reminded him again that I didn’t want a sales pitch, just a price.

Despite this, he dragged the appointment out to over an hour and a half, and still refused to give me a quote unless I first sat through a full explanation about their window quality and design. He even made a phone call to his manager mid-way to talk about a possible “special discount” for my area and home, which just felt like a sales tactic. I was clear from the start: I didn’t want this kind of approach.

The whole thing was frustrating and exhausting, especially as I had work to do and my daughter at home. I still don’t have a clear price – he vaguely mentioned £14,000 off the top of his head, but nothing confirmed.

Overall, the experience was pushy, time-wasting, and not at all what I was promised. I felt pressured, not listened to, and totally put off from ever using this company. All I wanted was a quote to consider, and instead I got a full-on hard sell. Really disappointed.

Just had windows replaced with minimum of fuss,professional, friendly and helpful,many thanks Dan,Rocky and Dylan,........a great team.

The guys had 3 days to fit 18 windows and 2 doors in a building built in the early 1800’s. I was sceptical, but they have nailed it and a great job too. The lads just cracked on with little fuss at all.

Hi just had new windows (8 replaced) we are very happy with the work carried out by an excellent team of fitters.
Appointment was for between 8am-10am they were here 8-30am worked all day did not stop for a break just got on with the job.
Tided up when finished very professional.
Would recommend this company.

I got a new kitchen window and back door from homesealed and when surveyor come out to look things over I changed the door it was no problem to do that. The day I got it put in jamie the fitter was great nothing was a bother to me went over full of window and door with me

Adam and Dougie fitted 4 windows today for me. They worked nonstop and tidied up after themselves. Their workmanship is top notch and I would highly recommend them and their company. Well worth 5 ⭐️’s.

We had French Doors fitted - and everything about the experience was fantastic! Ben, our salesman, was great - and made the experience run smoothly. Three weeks between ordering and fitting - outstanding! I would definitely use their services again.

They were very quick and very good. Tidied afterwards, the only one thing wrong was they forgot to leave me the keys for the window.

We were looking for our old windows to be replaced. From sales to replacement, we were kept updated every step of the way. Fitters were on time, did a fantastic job and left everything clean and tidy. We are loving our new windows and would recommend this company to family and friends

Having received a quote from this company and then proceeding, I decided to cancel the agreement as is my right due to the fact the price turned out to be stupidly high compared to two following quotes. They pick their priced out of thin air and don't even provide the entire price on their quotes. Having given written notice I was cancelling, to this day I still haven't even received a reply from them, instead I was phoned constantly by their salesperson on several different numbers and turning up at my property. They have made no attempt to return the surveyor fee charged at the time and now my credit card company is involved. Avoid this company at all costs.

Homesealed have just fitted my new Front and Back Doors. I am absolutely delighted with them and the two chaps that fitted them were excellent very friendly and very professional and took care of my property
I would certainly recommend Homesealed to anyone looking to replace their doors.

Fantastic product from a terrific, reliable team. Couldn’t have asked for more from ‘The A-team’ that is Emad, Alistair, Danny and Rocky and Claire in customer service, all of whom went above and beyond to deliver an excellent service. Wouldn’t buy windows, doors etc from anyone else!

Whole experience from start to finish was top quality and professional. Came out in the morning to fit 2 front windows and they had them fitted, sealed and new window sills installed within an hour and a half! Couldn't recommend enough.

Sent in review before and had a visit from the man for repairs to adjust windows 4 years on he made slight difference to two windows for noise but third windows still very draughty said they would be back but no show saga continues and dont use there ikano bank system what a night mare that was
Did complain same day as engineer left but no response as we only have 5months for small claims court might be only option
