Excellent experience from start to finish
Great customer service throughout. When the guys initially come out to our property to visit, they went into a lot of details and did a thorough evaluation to ensure they understand exactly what we looking for (2 new windows and a front door) and to make sure they were able to meet our requirements. The price we were quoted was extremely reasonable in comparison to other companies we had spoke with and a lot of these companies to not go into the same amount of detail. Communication throughout was spot on and the just kept us up to date at all times. Me and my partner were both delighted with the end result of the work done, it’s made a big difference to our home. Thanks again guys for all your hard work, very much appreciated.

March 2023 your firm installed gutters
March 2023 your firm installed gutters, downpipes, and soffits. Gutter leaks at the front of the house, and a portion of the soffit is unfinished. I have lost count of the number of times I have phoned East Kilbride office. Always someone will get back to me 'soon', 'next week' 'the person who deals with it is on holiday. My last call was 26th Aug to a member of staff who said they would get back to me in a few days. Needless
to say that didn't happen, until I posted this review. Since then they have contacted me and sent someone out to rectify the issues.

Fantastic service
From arrival until the end of the job the guys were very respectful. The windows are amazing and such good quality. High quality finish. They guys cleared up inside and out before they left and explained how the windows operate.

Outstanding Service
The whole process from start to finish was excellent, I really cannot fault a single thing. Everyone who came to my home was very friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. However, special mention goes to the men who fitted my windows. They were two lovely guys, very talented at their craft, their precision and attention to detail was excellent. They worked well together, and they worked like trojans all day.
My windows are beautiful and have made such a difference to me, with less sound from outside, and keeping heat in. I have had numerous compliments about how good they look.
At the end of the day, when the job was finished, they cleaned my windows inside and out, glass and frames, then vacuumed their way out of my flat and continued to hoover up debris outside. The whole place was left spotless.
I am absolutely delighted with the quality of my windows and will not hesitate to use this company again, I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.

Roof coating
Just had our roof recoated.
Roofers were here bright and early, professional, and finished up within the day with minimal mess - Loft is now pitch black and no longer leaking.
Customer service has been fab with the check-ins as well.

On the day the guys were brilliant and went above and beyond with removing satellite dish and cables and repairs prior to coating, quick turnaround and house looks great would recommend

My New Roof
I got a new roof done recently and I can’t thank the guys at Homesealed enough. They done a fantastic job from start to finish, even when the weather was at its worst they still carried on.
